Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

So the Argument arises, what is the difference between being in Zion the heavenly Jerusalem, and being regiven the name of the new Jerusalem. It's simple: HOLD ON TO THAT WHICH YE HAVE. TO possess your possession is as simple as Holding on to it. BE A KEEPER and learn to keep yourself in His Love.
For now He is the savior not the destroyer. .

RIGHT APPLICATIONS OF THE SCRIPTURES.

Luke 12:13-15
And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.
And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?
And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

Defrentiating the NATURAL from the SPIRITUAL......understanding

The inheritance in contention from the above scripture is of the natural not spiritual inheritance.
This then is a natural nuclear family inheritance. Of which Jesus wasn't the head of that family, whenever greed infests others, they turn to behave with such canality,, unfortunately sometimes in other churches these eats into the fabric of others, misundersting the right applications.

Jesus frowns on any of such greed. This Jesus said when he had not yet died and resurrected. The church was not in operation.

After his resurrection he stated, all power in heaven and on earth had been given unto me, meaning every governing righteous channel of power to govern the earth and the church would be emanating from him.

The inheritance of the prodigal son was speaking of a kingdom. The kingdom of God.
1) God being the FATHER, the husbandman.
2) Jesus the Firstborn Son: THE TRUE VINE.
3)US the sons: the branches: as brothers and sisters.

JESUS CHRIST BEING THE HEAD OF THE CHURCH.
THE FULLNESS OF THE GODHEAD: Eph 3:14-15

By the Wisdom of God he set the fivefold offices for the functionalities of his church. This is not limited to gender but function and office. Gala 3:28
This transcends beyond the times of the early church, with traditional and cultural limitations.

1 Thess1:5
For our GOSPEL came not unto you in WORD ONLY, but ALSO IN POWER, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance;

THE GOSPEL: BOTH THE WORD AND THE POWER MUST FUNCTION TOGETHER..

Balance is key in growth.
Administration also has a role.

THE FRUIT.

It's imperitive we understand that certain fundamental things in Christianity cannot be compromised.
The fruit of the branches, signal IDENTITY as true disciples ABIDING in the Vine.

Anything outside this is tantamount to self destruction by the hand of God the father.

As men then have access to burn such branches cut off by God himself.

Note: The Father himself takes away, and MEN burns the cut off branches.

He didn't say the BRANCHES ABIDING in the Vine BURNS the cut down branches.

Meaning Christ expectations from his branches is to be like him in nature.

Many use the withering of the fig tree by Jesus as an excuse to afflict others through selfish judgemental prayers etc.
That withered tree was not a human being.
If understood as symbolism; it's enforcement is set for the day of vengeance, the tribulation, this judgement would not be done by His branches, but by the "WORD OF GOD" and Opened seals.
Also God himself does the cutting himself, if his mercies seizes to function for a person.

This is the difference between the sword of vengeance applicable by civil authorities and Branches or ministers of the gospel.
ROM 13

(When civil authorities rule by violating the purpose of their power: without Goodness; God intervenes through his church ministers, and his chosens, for they are also under the God' authority.
Or in instances when dark forces influences their decisions affecting God's purposes.

IN THE CHURCHES
The Holy Spirit through the word does his own works in Judgements and discipline According to his will, as in the case of Ananias and saphira.

ABIDING IN THE VINE
There are three applications to this:
1) The children or babes in Christ
2) The young ones
3) The Father's.

Some confuse expection of what is acceptable at each level for general confessing of faith.

Eg: When a father's level knows what to do but does it not, that can't be excused with I know who I am while continuing in unrepentance.

Many years in Christianity doesn't validate one's level in Christ. An old man or woman can still be babe in Christ.
Understanding this truths and applying it as we teach this truths is paramount to growth.

The need for corrections or chastisement by God, ensures that children or sons (all) remain as such, without graduating to become bastards. HEB 12.
The Father's knows him, and so the little children but expectations and applications have differences.

At certain levels disobedience is forsaking mercy, and just quoting scriptures as covering without repentance, is not excusable.

MERCY: Yes; but cry in prayer until you are transformed into his image. He knows our hearts.

True Inheritance in Christ is not a competition of brothers receiving blessings from their natural father's.

True inheritance in Christ is abiding in the Vine.
This is what seperate the Essau's from Jacob's.

In true application, we are beyond Essau's and Jacob's, we are Son's and daughters of Zion.
The Body of Christ.
Meaning the NAME JESUS CHRIST WHEN MENTIONED INCLUDES ALL OF US.
AND HIMSELF AS HEAD.

Don't forsake your blessings, Abide in Christ, by abiding in his word, and obedience to His will and purposes.

Bonus: Please Never forget your Identity in Christ.

God bless us all.

I live and enjoy an extraordinary life in Christ; I’m fulfilled, joyful, and excited about my life, which is adorned with the beauty, glory, and virtues of divinity. I’m established by God’s grace in the path of divine health, peace, and joy because I live by the Word. Everything about my life is infused with divinity and speaks of God’s glory. Eternal life, love, health, peace, joy, righteousness, prosperity is mine! Thank you, Jesus!

That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish (Ephesians 5:27).

As Christians, we’re different from those in the Old Testament. In the Old Testament, they were called to obey the Word; but in the New Testament, we’re Word practitioners; we’re the expression of the Word; it’s called the mirror principle. God’s idea is that if He shows you who you are, you’d live accordingly.

Therefore, when you come across a verse such as Ephesians 4:25: “Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour...,” act exactly as He said by putting lying away. The mirror shows you as one who puts lying away, so do it. It’s not a commandment. In the Old Testament, it was a commandment not to lie; but in the New Testament, we do the Word and walk in truth. The Bible says “...the law is not made for a righteous man...” (1 Timothy 1:9), and we’re God’s righteous ones (Romans 1:17).

In the Old Testament, He gave them laws, but in the New Testament, He gave us His nature, His life of righteousness, so we can live right. It explains why if you did something that isn’t consistent with your nature of righteousness, you’re troubled from within. By your own spirit, you’re able to tell and judge, because of His light in you. This is why we teach righteousness, so God’s people can become conscious of who they are in Christ and live accordingly.

CONFESSION
I’m the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, unblameable and irreprovable in His sight. I’m conscious of this nature of righteousness in my spirit; therefore, every day, I produce works of righteousness, walking in perfection and in the love of the Father. Amen.

TRUE MEANING OF CHURCH

THE WORD “church” as used in the Bible must be used with care. Scripturally, it does not mean a physical building or a place of worship, religious systems, denominations, ministries or religious organizations as many think. The meaning of the word “church” goes beyond what the English dictionary gives.

In the New Testament, the Greek word which was commonly used for church was “ecclesia.” This word means “those who are called”, “the elect of God”, the assembly of called out ones”, “governmental assembly of God”, “congregation of God” or “community of believers” with Jesus Christ as their King.

The meaning of “ecclesia” is different from another Greek word “kyriakon, which means the Lord’s house. From this word comes the English word “church” like the Scottish “kirk” and the German “Kirche.” However, both words mean the same in application under the New Testament. You will understand it as you read on without prejudice or bias, but with open-mindedness and clear conscience.

We know that under the Old Testament, the Lord’s house, the house of God or the house of the Lord referred to the tabernacle or temple which was built with materials such as woods, stones, gold, silver, bronze and others. It was called the house of the Lord obviously because it housed the Ark of the Covenant in which the presence of God dwelled.

Consequently, the Old Testament saints could say they went into the house of the Lord to worship. So, David would sing, “I was glad when they said unto me, let us go to the house of the Lord!” (Psalm 122: 1). In other words, it can safely be said that the Old Testament saints went to church (the house of the Lord) a place where God dwelled by the Ark of the Covenant.

However, the New Testament saints led by the Apostles rarely used the expression “going to church” “go to church” or “come to church”. Instead, they very often used the expression “gather together”. They understood that the word church (ecclesia) meant royal priesthood, chosen generation, holy nation of Jesus Christ and not a place of worship. Carefully let us consider the following verses of Scripture.

Jesus Christ personally said, “For where two or three are gathered in my name…” (Matthew 18: 20). Then Paul wrote, “When you are assembled in the name of the Lord…” (1 Corinthians 5: 4). Paul wrote again “…when you come together as a church…” (1 Corinthians 11: 18). Then Luke also wrote, “On the first day of the week, we were gathered together to break bread…” (Acts 20: 7). Finally, it is written in Hebrews 10: 25, “Not neglecting to meet together...”

From these verses of the Bible, you can see that the First Church rarely said they went to church. But in Acts 2: 46, Luke wrote, “And day by day, attending the temple together…” attending the temple together…” And in Acts 3: 3, Luke wrote again, “Seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple…” But, here, understand that the apostles were going into the already existing temple built under the Old Testament for God’s dwelling by the Ark of Covenant.

However, the early New Testament believers led by the foundational apostles knew about the change of God’s habitation or dwelling place. They knew by the indwelling of the Spirit of God in their hearts that their bodies were the temples of God.

In other words, the bodies of true Christians are the sanctuary of the Holy Spirit; He lives within them. This means the body of the Christian is the house of God under the New Covenant which must be kept pure, holy and righteous to honour God. Thus Paul reminded the Corinthian believers saying, “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? …So glorify God in your body” (1 Corinthians 6: 19).

Again, Paul wrote in his second letter to the believers in Corinth, “What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God, said, ‘I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people” (2 Corinthians 6: 16).

You can see that under the New Covenant, the Lord’s house, the temple of God (kyriakon) which is the English word “church” actually points to Christians, followers of Christ who are human beings and not buildings constructed with concrete, woods, nails, iron rods and roofing sheets. Thus it is scripturally incorrect for Christians to say they go to church or they are going to church because they themselves are the church.

However, it is apt to say we are meeting or gathering together at the auditorium, temple or hall to worship as the members of the First Church did. Now, the expressions such as “When ye come together in the church…” (1 Corinthians 11: 18) used in the King James Version (KJV) should have been written, “When you come together as a church…” The church of Jesus Christ always refers to believers.

Let us consider another scriptural passage, “…if I delay, you may know how one ought to behave in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, a pillar and buttress of the truth” (1 Timothy 3: 15). Here, too, the term household of God, house of God means the family of God. It does not, in any way, refer to a physical place or building as some have erroneously taught it.

The household or house of God refers to the family, congregation or the children of the living God called the church. Paul described it as a pillar and buttress (support) of the truth. Yes, the elect of God is the pillar and support of the truth of the suffering of Christ. A physical structure built with concrete, woods, iron, glass and other building materials cannot serve as the pillar and support of the truth. Only sanctified human beings can.
