Revelation 12:11
[11] : And they overcame him by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

Today's post is not mine, I came across it on the net and thought it good to share with you. It is very insightful. Below is the post:

“A rattlesnake bit one of my sheep in the face about a week ago. Deadliest snake that lives around here. The sheep's face swelled up and hurt her terribly.
But the old rattlesnake didn't know the kind of blood that flows through the sheep. Anti-venom is most often made from sheep's blood. The sheep swelled for about 2 days but the blood of the lamb destroyed the venom of the serpent.
I was worried but the sheep didn't care. She kept on eating, kept on drinking and kept on climbing because she knew she was alright.
Don't worry about the serpent or his bite, just make sure that the Lamb's Blood is flowing through your veins.".

Hebrews 11:6
[6]But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

The faith life is about pleasing God, it is not about IMPRESSING God. From men of God to church members, many are IMPRESSING God instead of pleasing God. Faith pleases God, ego impresses.
Pleasing God is about walking in obedience through and by Grace, and is humble. Impressing God is pride, it belongs to the realm of EGO. It shifts the focus from God to man. There is nothing good and perfect you have, that has not been given to you by God. The bible says *every good and perfect gift comes from above*,
James1:17.
Examine yourself and see, maybe all this while you have been impressing God instead of pleasing Him. Repent from impressing God unto pleasing God. Stay blessed....

1 Corinthians 15:57
[57]But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
How do you fight a defeated foe? You fight a defeated foe by ABIDING and WALKING in the VICTORY that triumphed over the foe. It is IMPOSSIBLE for the VICTORY that has triumphed over the foe/foes to fail against the same foe/foes.
The Lord Jesus Christ has triumphed and given us the victory: but what then is the victory? and what or who then is/are the foe/foes?
As you reflect and seek for the answers, you are already engaging the Spirit of God, you are already in fellowship.
It does not have to be any spectacular experience but trust me it is going on. Stay blessed........

John 1:17
[17]For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

John 1:14
[14]And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

The message is "grace and truth": be truthful in preaching grace, and be gracious in preaching truth. Preaching grace and not being truthful is as problematic as preaching truth and not being gracious: both produce spiritual babies.
Is the preacher you are listening to gracious and truthful? or preacher, are you gracious and truthful? Grace and Truth is what impart grace to people and make them walk in glory i.e both spiritual and material glory. God loves you, stay blessed.

You have received the life but you need to become the life: you have received the glory but you need to become the glory. Receiving is one thing, and becoming is another thing. The manifestation and the expression are in the *becoming*.................Glory be to God!!!

If you have believed in Jesus but you have not repented of worldliness and sin, you are not yet saved, you are not born again.
You are redeemed but not born again or saved. Salvation and redemption are used interchangeably in the bible, but strictly they are different. If you are saved, you are redeemed as well, but to be redeemed does not necessarily mean saved or born again. The church in Laodecea(Rev. 3 :14) is a typical example of a church that is redeemed but not yet saved or born again.....go and labour in the spirit and find out the meanings for yourselves. Many of you take for granted the weightier things of life and dont even have gratitude for God using people to labour in the spirit and bringing you truths. Many of you calling yourselves Christians are like the church in Laodecea and if you die like that I tell you for sure that you will go to hell. Dont joke with this heaven and hell thing, it is serious.

Jeremiah 29:11
[11]For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

God is life, God is love and Grace is the ministration of life or love unconditionally. God is ministring life to you, don't let the death stage distract you, remain in faith and be focused. To God, the death stage is only a part of the process to spring forth life,it is not to kill you: if the seed planted were conscious, it will cry and complain when it is dying, but you and I know the end of the story? It was only dying to live, it was only dying to get better. In our walk with God, we also die to live, you will not get stuck in a dead end!Remember, it is a paradox, that when a seed is dying, it is living. Paradox is a normal part of our walk with God, that is why we need faith in our walk with God.
All things are working for your good, Christ in you, the hope of glory. If only Christ is in you, the end of the story is glory. Glory be to God.
Allow God to work on you, allow Him to work on your attitude,allow Him to work on your emotions, and you come out with a testimony, if you don't give up. His life, His love and His grace are at work in your life. Glory be to God!

Do you know according to Hebrews 6:4-6 if you believe in Jesus and later you say you don't believe in Him anymore, you don't believe in His death and resurrection for salvation, it is the end of salvation for you? Even if you repent,it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to be saved again? and you can't even repent again in that situation. It is a dangerous thing to do and God will do everything to keep you away from that but the choice is yours. The devil knowing this will do whatever it takes to make you doubt Jesus as the Lord and saviour of men but the choice is yours. Don't joke with the gift of SALVATION. According to the text, the reason why a person in that situation can't be saved again is that Jesus was crucified once. Do you know it is as a result of similar rational the fallen angels can't be saved? It is not enough to say the fallen angels can't be saved or redeemed or can't be shown mercy, there is more to the why. God is love and He didn't create the fallen angels to destroy them, It's a choice they made but unfortunately there is a law operating in the universe that does not support the salvation of anyone that makes that choice. There is more to say but what matters has been communicated to you. if you want to know more, you too spend time and labour in the Spirit for truths. Some of you these things we minister to you mean nothing to you, but these are treasures, sacred treasures, you too LABOUR in the Spirit for them, it is a WORTHY thing to do. Many people are JOKING with the things of God and of His Salvation unto men, but I tell you if you joke and play games with this message of HEAVEN AND HELL, GLORY AND VIRTUE, you will REGRET it but it would have been too late for you. The fallen angels, even if they CAN regret the choice they made, It's too late for them, they know they can't be saved, that is why they will do whatever it takes to lead people astray. For me, I have told you the truth, the choice is yours. May the Lord preserve you and keep you away from going astray.

Hebrews 6:4-6
[4]For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit,
[5]and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come,
[6]if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.

Phillipians 3:10 "That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection". I shared last week that the bible reveals Jesus as God before He was born. He became man and died as man but was resurrected as the Godman. This means the RESURRECTION is NOT just RESUSCITATION, it is RECREATION.
The resurrection of Jesus was the recreation of all things, He did not just died and came back to life. He partook in humanity through His birth, and through His resurrection brought humanity to divinity, and recreated all things. 2 Corinthians 5 vs 17 "For if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature"....Glory be to God!
Do you now realise there is more to the resurrection?
May the Lord open the eyes of your understanding............Stay blessed!!!

Take note of these three aspects of Jesus: Jesus as God, Jesus as Man, Jesus as the God-Man. The bible speaks and reveals Him in these three aspects. Jesus is revealed as God before He was born. He was born as man (not a man but man): in this state of man, for Him to do anything divine, He had to depend on the Holy Spirit because He had totally become man. He died as man, and RESURRECTED as the God-Man.

Righteousness like many biblical themes is multidimensional. You can settle on one aspect and mistakenly think that is all there is to know about Righteousness. According to the Book of Romans 5 vrs 7, the fact that a person is GOOD doesn't mean he is RIGHTEOUS. In the context of Romans 5:7, righteousness refers to relationship between God and man, It is a status you attain not through good works but through faith in Christ. Goodness is an aspect of righteousness that centres on relationship between man and man, or man and creation, and it is about works. Generally true goodness proceeds from righteousness as a status. Righteousness as status is about reconciliation of man with God. 2 Corinthians 5 vs 19 says *God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself*. When you are good but not rightheous i.e you don't have Christ, it means you have not been reconciled with God. Your goodness is according to human standard, it is as filthy as rags before God, Isaiah 64:6, because such goodness is generally motivated by selfish interest(ego or self)...for example, you are doing good because your motivation is that people(your friends, your boss, your parents, etc) will know you are good, that people will know your tribe is good, your race is good, you are doing good in anticipation, to receive some favour in return, you are doing good so that you don't get punished etc all these motivations and the likes are selfish, they fall short of God's stamdard. They are of EGO, and God hates EGO. Ego reveals hypocrisy. it is an outward show but within they are struggling.
God wants to offer His grace through Christ to help but they have refused that offer and are therefore not saved. You can't be saved by *goodness* outside of Christ.
BABY CHRISTIANS practice the same kind of goodness, and the bible calls it DEAD WORKS, they are of no eternal value and they produce no spiritual glory, however such Christians are saved because of their FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS. Not that these baby Christians live in sin, they practice goodness but they have not grown beyond selfish reasons of doing good.
So all those religions who have rejected Christ and think their good works will save them, are deceived. There is an unsettled issue between them and God that can only be dealt with by the works of Christ on THE CROSS and HIS RESURRECTION. Without Christ there is no such RECONCILIATION and some DEVILS are just deceiving you into hell and the lake of fire. The GOOD MAN and the EVIL MAN both need to be made righteous through faith in Christ. There is much to say about RIGHTEOUSNESS but many of you don't like reading so let's do with this for now.

FOR REFLECTIONS

The message from Christ Jesus is "REPENT from sin and worldliness, and COME and FOLLOW ME, and be transformed by the power of my grace through fellowship" This is labouring in the grace through fellowship, it is RESPONSIBILITY.
The message is not "STOP sin and worldliness BEFORE you come" It is EGO in IGNORANCE.
The message is not "Repent from sin and worldliness, and come, BUT FOLLOW ME NOT" This is convenience in irresponsibility.
The message is also not "COME WITHOUT repentance from sin and worldliness, and remain like that" It is WICKEDNESS and FOOLISHNESS.
As for me, I am only telling the truth. Don't chose where they will tell you what you WANT to hear, chose where they will tell you what you NEED to hear.
