Practise Hospitality
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 146 (26/05/2026)

Romans 12:13 says, “Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.”

Hospitality is more than entertaining guests; it is the practical expression of God’s love toward others. Throughout Scripture, God calls His people to care for those in need, show kindness, and extend generosity with sincerity and compassion.

Jesus illustrated this beautifully in the story of the Good Samaritan. While others ignored the wounded man, the Samaritan stopped, cared for him, and provided for his needs. True hospitality notices people, responds with compassion, and acts with love. As believers, we must not become so consumed with our own struggles that we overlook those around us who need help. Here are three ways to practise hospitality:

1. Do it with gladness of heart.
1 Peter 4:9 says, “Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.” God desires willing and cheerful generosity. Hospitality loses its beauty when it is done with complaints or reluctance. Give with joy, serve with sincerity, and let your kindness flow from a loving heart.

2. Love people as you love yourself.
Leviticus 19:34 says, “You shall love him as yourself…”Treat people with the same care, dignity, and compassion you would desire for yourself. Put yourself in the place of the needy, the stranger, or the hurting person, and respond with empathy and kindness.

3. Be intentional about helping others.
Hebrews 13:16 says, “Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” Hospitality requires deliberate action. Look for opportunities to encourage, support, feed, comfort, or assist someone. Small acts of kindness can become powerful expressions of God’s love.

Precious one, hospitality is a ministry of love. Be generous with your time, resources, encouragement, and care. When you open your heart to others, you reflect the heart of Christ and become a blessing to those around you.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, give me a compassionate and generous heart. Help me to practise hospitality with joy, love others sincerely, and remain sensitive to the needs of people around me, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Leave An Inheritance
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 145 (25/05/2026)

Proverbs 13:22 says, “A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous.”

God never intended for believers to live carelessly without considering the generations after them. A godly person thinks beyond today and prepares a legacy that will bless children, grandchildren, and generations yet unborn. An inheritance is not limited to money or property; it also includes values, prayers, wisdom, faith, and a godly example.

The Bible teaches that anyone who neglects the welfare of their family has denied the faith. God expects His children to build, preserve, and transfer blessings to the next generation. Here are three ways to leave a lasting inheritance:

1. Work hard and build diligently.
Proverbs 28:19 says, “Hard workers have plenty of food; playing around brings poverty.” Hard work creates opportunities for provision and stability. Laziness destroys destiny, but diligence creates abundance. A responsible believer works faithfully, manages resources wisely, and prepares for the future of the family.

2. Pray and speak blessings over your family.
Genesis 49:1 says, “Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days.” Jacob gathered his sons and declared prophetic blessings over them before his death. Prayer is a spiritual inheritance that impacts generations. Your prayers can preserve, guide, and establish your children long after you are gone.

3. Build a strong relationship with God and pass it on.
Psalm 37:25 says, “I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.” One of the greatest inheritances you can leave is the knowledge of God. Abraham walked with God, and that covenant blessing continued through Isaac and Jacob. Teach your children the ways of God through your lifestyle, example, and instruction.

Precious one, think beyond your present comfort. Build a legacy that will outlive you. Work hard, pray faithfully, and walk closely with God so that your children and generations after you will enjoy the blessings of righteousness.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, give me the wisdom and grace to leave a godly inheritance for my children and generations yet unborn. Help me to build faithfully, pray consistently, and walk uprightly before You, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Be Guided By God’s Plans
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 144 (24/05/2026)

Isaiah 28:29 says, “All this also comes from the LORD Almighty, whose plan is wonderful, whose wisdom is magnificent.”

God’s greatest plan for your life begins with salvation through Jesus Christ. Beyond salvation, however, God has prepared specific plans, assignments, and purposes for every believer. These plans are not ordinary; they are wonderful, wise, and filled with divine purpose. The Holy Spirit searches the deep things of God and reveals His plans to those who walk closely with Him.

When you allow God to direct your life, you avoid confusion, wasted effort, and unnecessary struggles. His plans lead you into purpose, peace, and fulfilment. Here are three ways to be guided by God’s plans:

1. Put your trust in God.
Psalm 143:8 says, “Show me the way I should go, for to You I entrust my life.” Every day must begin with dependence on God. When you commit your day, decisions, and future into His hands, you position yourself to receive divine direction. Trusting God means believing that His wisdom is greater than your own understanding.

2. Allow God to determine your steps.
Proverbs 16:9 says, “We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.” It is good to plan, but your plans must remain surrendered to God. Sometimes He redirects your path, changes your timing, or opens unexpected doors. A yielded heart allows God to lead without resistance.

3. Develop friendship with God.
Proverbs 3:32 says, “He offers His friendship to the godly.”
God reveals His secrets to those who walk intimately with Him. Abraham was called the friend of God because he cultivated closeness and obedience. Friendship with God grows through prayer, worship, obedience, and fellowship with His Word.

Precious one, God’s plans for your life are greater than anything you can imagine. Trust Him daily, allow Him to direct your steps, and walk closely with Him. When God leads you, your life will move in purpose and divine order.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I place my trust in You. Direct my steps, reveal Your plans to me, and help me walk in obedience to Your will. Draw me closer to You and guide my life according to Your perfect purpose, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Desire To See Your Father
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 143 (23/05/2026)

Matthew 5:8 says, “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.”

David asked in Psalm 15, “Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? Who shall dwell in thy holy hill?” The answer pointed to the person who walks uprightly, works righteousness, and speaks truth from the heart. In the same way, Jesus taught that those who are pure in heart shall see God.
Purity of heart goes beyond outward appearance. It refers to an inner life cleansed from sin, deceit, and corruption. The heart includes the mind, character, desires, and will. If we desire to experience God deeply and walk closely with Him, we must pursue purity of heart.
Here are three ways you can maintain a pure heart:

1. Repent and be born again.
Ezekiel 36:26 says, “A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you…” A pure heart begins with salvation. True transformation happens when Jesus changes your inner nature. Before salvation, many struggle repeatedly with sin and failure. But through Christ, God gives us a new heart and the power to live differently.

2. Renew your mind with the Word of God.
Psalm 119:9 says, “How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word.”
After receiving a new heart, your mind must continually be renewed by Scripture. The Word cleanses your thoughts, corrects your desires, and keeps you walking in righteousness.

3. Walk in the Spirit.
Galatians 5:16 says, “Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” To walk in the Spirit means to live under the guidance and influence of the Holy Spirit. When you yield to Him daily, He empowers you to overcome sinful desires and live a life pleasing to God.

Precious one, purity of heart is essential if you want to experience the fullness of God. Turn away from sin, renew your mind with the Word, and allow the Holy Spirit to lead your life daily.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, help me to maintain a pure heart before You. Cleanse my thoughts, renew my mind, and lead me by Your Spirit so that my life will continually please You, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Christ The Perfect Prototype
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 142 (22/05/2026)
Hebrews 12:2 says, “Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith…”

In product design and development, a prototype is an early model created to demonstrate how a product will function before the final version is released. It serves as a pattern for what is to come. Long before this concept existed in human innovation, God had already established it spiritually by giving us Jesus Christ as the perfect prototype for humanity.
Jesus came as the perfect example of holiness, obedience, and power. Through His life, death, and resurrection, He redeemed us from sin and restored us into a right relationship with God. As believers, we are called to follow His pattern and become reflections of His nature on the earth. Here are three ways you must function like Christ, the perfect prototype:

1. Live in holiness.
Romans 11:16 says, “For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy…” Jesus Christ, the firstfruit, lived a holy life. Through salvation, we have received the grace and ability to live holy lives as well. Holiness is not merely outward conduct; it is a life separated unto God and aligned with His nature.

2. Walk in obedience.
Hebrews 5:8 says, “Though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered.”Jesus remained obedient to the Father, even in suffering. In the same way, believers are called to obey God regardless of the cost. Obedience develops spiritual maturity and positions us to fulfil God’s purpose.

3. Walk in the Holy Spirit and in power.
Acts 10:38 says, “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power…” Jesus ministered under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, doing good and bringing healing to the oppressed. As believers, we too have the Holy Spirit and must desire to walk in His power, demonstrating God’s love through our lives and ministry.

Precious one, Jesus is not only your Saviour; He is your model. Look unto Him daily and allow His holiness, obedience, and power to shape your life. As you follow His example, you will reflect His glory to the world.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, grant me the grace to live in holiness, walk in obedience, and manifest the power of the Holy Spirit just as Jesus did. Let my life reflect the nature and character of Christ, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Be Clothed With Humility
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 140 (20/05/2026)

1 Peter 5:5–6 says, “Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble…”

In a world that constantly encourages self-promotion and self-exaltation, God calls His children to walk in humility. Humility is not weakness; it is strength under God’s control. It is a deliberate decision to submit to God, honour others, and remain teachable.
Pride pushes people to elevate themselves, but humility positions us for God’s grace and promotion. Scripture teaches that God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. When we humble ourselves under His mighty hand, He lifts us up in His appointed time.
Here are three ways you must be clothed with humility:

1. Submit to God’s authority.
James 4:7 says, “Submit yourselves therefore to God…” True humility begins with surrender to God. Humble people trust God’s wisdom above their own opinions and desires. They allow God to direct their steps and shape their decisions.

2. Serve others selflessly.
Matthew 20:28 says, “The Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister…”_
Jesus demonstrated humility through service. A humble person does not seek attention or recognition but willingly serves others with love and sincerity. Service reflects the heart of Christ.

3. Remain teachable and open to correction.
Proverbs 12:15 says, “He that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.”
Humility gives you the ability to learn, grow, and accept correction. Proud people resist instruction, but humble people value wisdom and seek guidance from mature believers and godly counsel.

Precious one, humility attracts the grace and favour of God. Choose to walk in meekness, serve with sincerity, and remain teachable. As you humble yourself before God, He will exalt you in due season.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, clothe me with humility. Help me to submit to Your will, serve others selflessly, and remain teachable in every season of my life. Let Your grace rest upon me, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Guard Your Spirit, Guard Your Influence
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 138 (18/05/2026)

Proverbs 13:20 says, “He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.”

The people around you shape your thinking, influence your decisions, and affect your spiritual condition. Influence is powerful because spirits and attitudes are transferable. As a young man, I went to school innocent but returned home smoking ci******es. What happened? I came under the influence of people carrying a stronger negative spirit. It took salvation and the renewing power of Christ to break that hold.

As my children were growing up, my wife and I made a deliberate decision never to speak negatively about the church or people in front of them. Though we faced difficult experiences in ministry, we refused to transfer bitterness into their spirits. Words shape hearts, and repeated exposure creates influence.

There was also a man in our French service who was once faithful and committed. Over time, he became close to someone who constantly criticised church attendance and fellowship. Gradually, his spiritual fire declined, and he even began influencing others negatively. When the spiritual root was addressed, restoration came. Here are three ways you must guard your spirit against negative influence:

1. Be intentional about your associations.
1 Corinthians 15:33 says, “Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.” The people you spend time with will influence your values, mindset, and spiritual condition. Surround yourself with wise, faith-filled, and godly people who strengthen your walk with God.

2. Protect your household with wisdom.
Proverbs 4:23 says, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Be careful what enters the hearts of your children and family members. Do not spread bitterness, offence, or negativity within your home. Build an atmosphere of faith, honour, and truth.

3. Deal with negative influence early.
2 Corinthians 6:17 says, “Come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord…” Do not ignore relationships or influences that constantly weaken your faith or encourage rebellion and compromise. Distance yourself wisely and prayerfully from contaminating influences before greater damage occurs.

Precious one, guard your spirit carefully because influence shapes destiny. Be intentional about who speaks into your life, what enters your heart, and the atmosphere you create around your family. Protect your faith, your peace, and your future.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, give me discernment to recognise ungodly influences and wisdom to guard my spirit and my household. Surround me with people who strengthen my faith and help me walk in righteousness and truth, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

When Lies Rise, Stand Taller
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 136 (16/05/2026)

Isaiah 54:17 says, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn…”

Sometimes the enemy’s fiercest weapon is not sickness, fear, or lack, but false accusation. Lies are often designed to damage your credibility, drain your peace, and distract you from your assignment. Yet God has called us to stand in truth, walk in integrity, and trust Him to defend us.

There was a time when a woman publicly accused me through the media, claiming I had fathered her child. She had no evidence, no private communication, and no relationship with me beyond a public photograph taken after a church service. When journalists called for my response, I refused to engage emotionally. Instead, I allowed the church board to address the matter. They simply pointed out that I never travelled or stayed anywhere alone. Eventually, the accusation collapsed, and the journalist apologised. God vindicated me without struggle or retaliation. Here are three things you must remember when lies rise against you:

1. Truth does not need panic.
Proverbs 12:19 says, “Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment.”
When you walk in integrity, you do not need to live in fear. Lies may spread quickly, but truth endures. Stay calm and let your consistent character speak louder than accusations.

2. Silence can be a weapon of strength.
Exodus 14:14 says, “The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”
Not every accusation deserves your response. Sometimes silence demonstrates confidence in God’s defence. While others rush to argue, trust God to fight on your behalf.

3. Protect your peace and atmosphere.
Isaiah 26:3 says, “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You…”
False accusations are often aimed at disturbing your peace. Refuse to become bitter, angry, or consumed by revenge. Stay rooted in prayer, maintain a peaceful spirit, and guard your heart carefully.

Precious one, you cannot control every lie spoken against you, but you can control your response. Remain truthful, preserve your peace, and trust God to vindicate you. In the end, truth will always prevail.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I commit every false accusation into Your hands. Help me to remain calm, truthful, and peaceful when lies rise against me. Be my defender and preserve my heart from bitterness and fear, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Cut Off What God Hates!
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 133 (13/05/2026)

Proverbs 6:16–17, “These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood.”

The life of King Saul shows us the danger of tolerating what God hates. When God instructed Saul to destroy Amalek completely, he proudly chose his own way and spared what God had condemned. He later lied to the prophet Samuel and eventually ordered the killing of innocent priests at Nob. Pride, deception, and violence became the pathway to his downfall. He lost his throne, his honour, and the presence of God. God does not use the words “hate” and “abomination” casually. These are attitudes and actions that destroy destinies and separate people from His presence. If we desire to walk closely with God, we must deliberately remove from our lives the things He detests. Here are three things you must cut off today:
1. Cut off pride.
Proverbs 16:18, “Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.” Pride causes people to depend on themselves instead of God. It blinds the heart and opens the door to rebellion and destruction. Humility keeps you dependent on God and positioned for His grace.

2. Cut off lying lips.
Proverbs 12:22 says, “Lying lips are abomination to the Lord: but they that deal truly are his delight.”
Lies destroy trust, damage relationships, and align a person with deception. God delights in truthfulness and integrity. Speak truth even when it is difficult, and let your words reflect honesty and righteousness.

3. Cut off violence against the innocent.
Isaiah 5:20 says, “Woe unto them that call evil good…”
God values human life deeply. Whether through actions, words, oppression, or silent complicity, harming innocent people invites divine displeasure. As believers, we must defend righteousness and treat others with compassion and justice.

Precious one, never tolerate in your life what God clearly hates. Remove pride, dishonesty, and cruelty from your heart.
Choose humility, truth, and righteousness, and you will walk in closer fellowship with God.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, search my heart and remove from me every seed of pride, dishonesty, and wickedness. Help me to walk in humility, integrity, and love so that my life will please You, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Refill Your Tank
By Archbishop Dr Charles Agyinasare

Day 132 (12/05/2026)

Ephesians 5:18 says, “And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit.”

In many African countries, including Ghana, diesel vehicles are common. Mechanics often advise drivers not to allow the fuel tank to run too low because the engine may begin to struggle or even fail to start. In the same way, believers cannot function effectively spiritually when they are empty. God never intended for us to run on yesterday’s filling. We are commanded to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit.

Life, ministry, work, and responsibilities can drain your spiritual strength if you do not intentionally refill your spirit. Even Jesus, though full of power, often withdrew to pray and renew His strength. Here are three things you must do to refill your spiritual tank:

1. Withdraw regularly to refill spiritually.
Luke 5:16 says, “So He Himself often withdrew into the wilderness and prayed.” Jesus intentionally stepped away from crowds and activities to spend time with the Father. If Jesus needed moments of withdrawal, how much more do we? Make time to separate yourself from distractions and spend quality time in prayer and fellowship with God.

2. Purify your vessel.
1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” The Holy Spirit fills clean vessels. Sin, bitterness, compromise, and disobedience can hinder spiritual flow. Regularly examine your heart and allow God to cleanse you so you can remain useful for His purpose.

3. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you afresh.
Acts 4:31 says, “And when they had prayed… they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.” The disciples were filled again after prayer. This teaches us that spiritual refilling is continuous. Ask the Holy Spirit daily to refresh, strengthen, and empower you for every assignment God has given you.

Precious one, do not attempt to live the Christian life on an empty tank. Withdraw to pray, keep your vessel pure, and continually seek fresh infilling from the Holy Spirit. When you are spiritually full, you will function with power, boldness, and clarity.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, fill me afresh with Your Holy Spirit. Renew my strength, cleanse my heart, and empower me to walk in Your will daily. Let my spiritual life remain full and vibrant, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
