The GHANA KASOA STAKE of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints held its Stake Conference General Session on Sunday, 10th May, 2026 under the theme: “Jesus Is the Way.”

The session was presided over by President Daniel Allotey, Stake President, and brought together members and friends from across the stake in a sacred atmosphere of worship, reverence, and unity centered on Jesus Christ.

The congregation was blessed by the presence of the Accra West Mission Leaders, President Kaku and Sister Kaku, the Accra Ghana Temple President, President Campbell and his wife, as well as the Africa West Area Young Single Adult Couple, Elder Bennion and Sister Bennion, who all ministered and strengthened members through their inspiring messages.

Over 1,800 members and friends gathered for this sacred general session, which featured uplifting sermons, the ordinance of worship through music beautifully provided by the Kasoa Stake Choir, and a strong spirit of fellowship and edification. Speakers emphasized faith in Jesus Christ, temple worship, covenant living, family unity, and faithful discipleship in His Church.

The session concluded with a renewed commitment among members to follow the Savior more fully. The Kasoa Stake members continues to move forward in faith, bearing testimony that truly, Jesus Is the Way.

Leadership Session – Ghana Kasoa Stake Conference

The leadership session of the Kasoa Stake Conference was held under the presiding direction of President Daniel Allotey.

The session brought together priesthood and organisational leaders from across the stake in a focused and uplifting training led by the Kasoa Stake Presidency.

The stake presidency facilitated a leadership training session centered on strengthening laboring diligently and aligning local leadership efforts with the Savior’s pattern of service. Leaders were counseled, instructed, and encouraged to lead with greater unity, spiritual sensitivity, and commitment to their callings.

The atmosphere of the session reflected reverence, unity, and a shared desire to serve more faithfully in the Lord’s vineyard.

A new house of the Lord has been announced for Otavalo, Ecuador. The new temple is the first to be announced outside the United States since President Dallin H. Oaks became President of the Church.

THE ADULT SESSION OF THE KASOA STAKE CONFERENCE was held on 9th May, 2026 at the Kasoa Stake Centre. President Daniel Allotey, Stake President, presided over this session of the conference. A total of 208 adults attended this inspiring gathering.
The Stake Young Single Adults Choir ministered powerfully through music, uplifting the spirit of the session and adding to the reverent atmosphere of worship and instruction.
The session was marked by uplifting messages, unity, and a renewed commitment to follow Jesus Christ.
