GRACE CHAPTER OUTREACH MEETING

The Grace Chapter's Outreach meeting for the month of July comes off on 13th July, 2019.

*It will be an outdoor medical outreach.* *The Chapter shall bring together experienced medical practitioners from 37 Military Hospital *

*The team shall screen for hepatitis b, hypertension, blood pressure, sugar level and other diseases.*

Venue: Airport West Hotel Car Park

Time: 8:30 - 11:00 am

*Screening cost is GHS 20.00 for members; FREE FOR VISITORS AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS INCLUDING CHILDREN who are qualified to be tested*

*Dress Code: Casual*
