The Church in Ghana experienced a steady 8.1% growth in membership, bringing the total membership to 4,464,013 as of December 2025.

This increase accounts for a significant portion of the estimated Ghanaian population, which the Ghana Statistical Service projected to be 33,966,971 during the same period. Consequently, the Church’s membership now comprises approximately 13.1% of Ghana’s total population.

As of December 2025, the Church had reported a total of 28,001 Assemblies and 3,328 Districts worldwide.

Beyond the substantial investments in health infrastructure, the Church in Ghana dedicated GH₵ 19,799,329.53 toward direct healthcare support for its members at various levels.

In 2025, the Church significantly intensified its primary mandate of soul winning, undertaking 586,566 evangelistic outreaches.

The Church established a presence in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Laos, the Cook Islands, Montenegro, Peru, Monaco, San Marino, Somalia, and Kosovo. We also established a presence in Guadeloupe, Greenland, Moldova, Turkmenistan, Curaçao, French Guiana, Palau, and Iran.

Additionally, the Church successfully extended its mission to Eritrea, La Réunion, Syria, and the Solomon Islands.
