B2B Growth Marketer (Singapore Market Specialist)
Location: Singapore (Local / Hybrid)
Position Type: Retainer Base + Performance Commission (5%–10% per closed contract)
Reports To: President
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketer with a deep understanding of Singapore's corporate and institutional landscape. Your sole mandate will be to get Theos Basileia’s training and institutional frameworks in front of decision-makers, including school proprietors, corporate HR directors, and high-net-worth religious leaders across Singapore and Asia.
Core Responsibilities
* Local Lead Generation: Identify, map, and build database pipelines of elite private schools, corporate firms, and megachurches within Singapore.
* Outbound Pitching & Prospecting: Execute cold calling, structured email campaigns, and physical drop-off strategies to secure face-to-face or Zoom discovery meetings.
* Stakeholder Presentation: Assist the President in pitching to boards of directors and institutional committees, using localized risk statistics to build urgency.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in corporate B2B sales, corporate training enrollment, or enterprise solutions in Singapore.
* An active professional network or clear experience selling to high-ticket local organizations.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
