On Sunday, November 30, 2025, members of Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Faith Congregation Shiashie, Accra, paid a heartfelt visit to the Frafraha Childrenโ€™s Home as part of their post-annual harvest thanksgiving outreach.
Following a successful harvest and thanksgiving service held today, the congregation raised funds and gathered essential items to support vulnerable children. The donation included bags of rice, cooking oil, canned foods, detergents, toiletries, bottled water, biscuits, soft drinks, and clothing.
Led by the Cathecist Silas Aristotle Tagoe and accompanied by the Harvest Planning Committee and church elders, the team was warmly received by the management and staff of the childrenโ€™s home. The children welcomed the visitors with songs and smiles, creating a joyful atmosphere.
During the brief presentation, a representative of the church encouraged the children to remain hopeful and diligent in their studies, assuring them of Godโ€™s love and the churchโ€™s continued support. The administrator of the home expressed profound gratitude to Faith Congregation Shiashie for the timely donation and consistent show of kindness over the years.
The visit ended with prayers and group photographs.
This outreach reflects Faith Congregations Shiashieโ€™s ongoing commitment to supporting orphans and vulnerable children in the community as part of its social responsibility mandate.
