The Church in Ghana experienced a steady 8.1% growth in membership, bringing the total membership to 4,464,013 as of December 2025.

This increase accounts for a significant portion of the estimated Ghanaian population, which the Ghana Statistical Service projected to be 33,966,971 during the same period. Consequently, the Church’s membership now comprises approximately 13.1% of Ghana’s total population.

The PENTSOS Education Unit demonstrated substantial progress during the reporting period, specifically advancing Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4)—ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning for all.

Currently, the Secretariat oversees a robust network of 108 educational institutions, comprising 104 basic schools, two Senior High Schools, and two vocational training institutes. This expansive network serves a total enrolment of 39,356 learners, supported by a dedicated workforce of 1,795 teaching and 564 non-teaching staff.
