*WHAT IT MEANS TO LOVE YOURSELF*

You've heard that one of the ways to be happy in life is to "Love Yourself."

What does it mean to Love yourself?

In what way can one love him or herself?

To Love Yourself Means:
1. To accept your genetic makeup. It makes you unique.

2. To believe in yourself that you're capable

3. To accept yourself that you're handsome man or beautiful woman

4. To value yourself and not to demean yourself

5. Do not look down upon yourself

6. To build yourself confidence

7. To appreciate yourself

8. Love and appreciate how God created you even if you have half nose or one eye. Say to yourself that to have a slender legs or flat buttocks as a lady is ok and beautiful. Do not go and add more flesh to your buttocks through surgery.

9. Do not depend on other's people compliment before you feel positive about yourself. Have a positive thought about yourself.

10. Do not criticize yourself negatively by comparing yourself with other people.

Take note and remember that statistically, people who commit su***de and have emotional disorder including depression is as a result of the fact that they hate themselves. They've not build the capacity to love themselves.

Never settle down or marry a man or a woman who doesn't love him or herself. They will end up frustrating you.

Jesus said, love your neighbor as you love yourself. How can you love your husband or wife if you don't love yourself. How can you give peace to someone when you hate yourself to the extent that you see everything negative about yourself.

When you love yourself, you will not wait for someone to make you happy before you become happy. Live your life inside out.

Be an inspirer to yourself.
