TODAY'S WORD OF MOTIVATION

Genesis 35:10

And God said to him, “Your name is Jacob; your name shall not be called Jacob anymore, but Israel shall be your name.” So He called his name Israel.

PRAYER:

I make a declaration, from today any name tag on us that has disadvantaged us for life's greater and better opportunities be removed. Now we bear an undisputed name of honour that break grounds for greatness and enlargement, in the name of Jesus.

MOTIVATION

Beloved, glory be to God for giving us today. Let's be glad and rejoice in it.

SCRIPTURE MEDITATION
Deuteronomy 31:6 (KJV)

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

NOTE:
1. The journey is a long one and needs patience, so you must be strong.
2. The road/path isn't straight.
3. There are giants who would fight you on the way to stop you from going forward, but you must persist.
4. God cannot fail you, but you can fail yourself by redrawing/holding back, giving up or fighting with your physical strength. Rest on the shoulders of the Lord.

You must be strategic in the Lord to resist the resistance to your progress.

7 THINGS KILLING YOUR PRAYER LIFE.

1. Excessive eating: Eating more than necessary at night will only weaken your body.

2. Sleep: You must train body to sleep less and stay awake. Sleep drain your strength to pray. The truth is, some sleep is an attack.

3. Filthiness of the spirit and soul: Po*******hy, s*x chat and impure thoughts are killers of prayer stamina. Your inner man would always be defeated by feeding your spirit man with filthy and erotic content.

4. Bad atmosphere: Atmosphere you create and find yourself matter alot. If you're among prayer weaklings, gossip and carnal believers your prayer fire will die. Gossip and backbite would frustrate you.

5. Poor feeding of your inner man. If your spirit man isn't well fed you can't be a prayer champion. You don't listen to sermons, you hardly study the word or Christian articles then your prayer life will be starved to death.

6. Worry: No worrier becomes a prayer warrior. Kill your worry to give life to you prayer stamina.

7. Distraction through watching TV, addiction to social media and boyfriend or girlfriend syndrome. Work on your prayer life...

I WANT TO GO BACK.

I need to go back to those days when salvation Message was More important than Prophecy.

Take Me back to those days when S*x Out of Wedlock was seen as a taboo not now when S*x is an Appreciation gift.

Can I go back to those days when pregnancy Outside Marriage was a shame to Families not now that it is a way of life.
Is there Anybody who know the Road to those Days? When descent dressing was the identity of responsibility not now when there is no difference between a Lunatic, a Mechanic and an Insane Man.

Where are those days when the beauty of a Woman was Found to proper dressing first, not now when an Average woman want to appear naked.

Please Can we find those days, when Divorce was a derogatory Language among Christians, not today when broken Marriages are now Celebrated.

I wish I Can go back to those days when true love was build on Sacrifice and trust not now when love is hanging on S*xual Capability and Money.

Where are those days when men of God we're afraid of God and live by the word not now when they teach a different thing and live a different life style of their choice.

Please wake me up from this sleep when we arrive at that world where rapture and resurrection was the major focus of the Church not now that Materialism is the center focus.

Have we really forgotten those days when if a member of a Church fall into temptation, the Church will cry and pray for his/her restoration, not today when a member will commit a sin and the Church will give such one a position in the Church as long as he/she has Money.

Where are those days when men will pray until they get results, not now when all they want is Prophecy even when the said Prophecy has no solution or mandate to Redeem .

I'm looking for those days when so many girls were rejected and beaten up by their parent's, some lost their education while others were cajoled by their mates because they refuse to compromise and they gave up all for Christ, not this days when man's way of life is More important than God's way, and going to heaven is a dream for the lost.

I just remember those days when parents wanted their children to marry born again Christians, not today when parents want their daughter to marry Money bags even if they are Ritualists.

I weep and pray that the owner of the Church will not come and meet his Church like this because Many Saints who has gone will feel disappointed and the Church itself may not make the rapture.

OH GOD!!!

MEDITATION

1 John 4:20 (KJV)

If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

It is impossible for you to love people and not love God, and vice versa. Your love for God and man goes hand in hand and therefore putting one before the other is what turns you into a liar.

*Devotion*

The justification in Christ Jesus is received by anybody who becomes born again. It is an act of God to declare the sinner who has received Christ Jesus as his Lord and Savior not guilty for his sins; past, present, and future sins. It is just like a criminal who has been processed for court; he stands, without hope, before the judge, but to his surprise the judge declares him not guilty of his crime, acquitted, and discharges him. Every Christian is seen by God as holy and not having committed sin at all, glory to God! This is the true gospel our Lord Jesus Christ brought to everyone who will believe. Dear reader, have you committed any sin you think is unforgivable? Know that you have been justified, therefore just confess it to God and move on with your life. To repent is to turn away from. Turn away from any thing that does not bring life and turn to Jesus, the giver of hope and life. Share your thoughts here!

Devotion: See how good and gracious the Lord is; He rewards every good effort of his children. It is clear in the opening scripture that the children of God whose minds are continuously on God, the scriptures, and the things of God will enjoy continuous peace. Dear reader, a very good sign that you trust the Lord is what you allow to occupy your mind. If your mind is filled with the Word of God then your heart will be full of the Word; this is a good sign that you trust the Lord and you will enjoy perfect peace. God bless you. Be blessed!
