I said everything about leadership is difficult, to influence management by using resources available to make profit or achievement is like 🔥 in your heart.
Then he said what irritating would have you gone crazy? Mmmm actually it depends on individual capacity and the level of understand .
Personally there is something that kills my brain and I want to share with you equally you can share yours.
Where subordinate fails to make corrections and changes when someone goes wrong always, waiting for the superior to come over and fix it.
Typical example where wife's will tell their children if your father comes I will tell him to beat you seeing their children doing wrong. Is not the best way. Anyway Shere your views on the questions.
