On May 9th, 2026, by the Grace of the Almighty, we held a blessed prayer fellowship at our church member Georgy's residence. We took part in Sandhya Namaskaram, followed by house prayer, and worshipped the Lord together to glorify Him.

With deep sorrow, we mourn the repose of Ilia II of Georgia, the beloved Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, who entered eternal rest on March 17, 2026, at the age of 93.

The faithful of Mar Elias Indian Orthodox Congregation, Tbilisi, extend our heartfelt condolences to the Georgian Orthodox Church. As a congregation rooted in this blessed land, we share in this time of grief and prayer.

On 17th May 2025, Saturday, we were blessed to celebrate yet another Qurbana this month, all by His wonderful grace. Fr. Alexander Joseph, Assistant Vicar of St. John's Orthodox Church, Kooropada, Kottayam — who also happens to be the husband of our fellow parish member Anitta Sara Sunny kochamma — led the Qurbana gloriously, spoke on the importance of love and prayer, and warmly connected with the congregation.
