Staying Connected
The next ‘Staying Connected’ is on Tuesday 5th May at 7.30pm, in the Upper Room. It aims to enable us to stay connected with God, with each other and with the community which St Hilda’s seeks to serve. Everyone is welcome to this time of prayer, sharing and fellowship

Community Café. The Café opens on Tuesdays at 10 am. We are moving to our summer lunch menu of jacket potatoes from 14th April (served at 12 noon) as well as the usual home made cakes, coffee, tea and scones. Please drop in and share in this community endeavour.

Our Easter Day service with Holy Communion is at the usual time of 10.30am. Refreshments available before and after the service. Everyone most welcome.

Good Friday :The Walk of Witness with the local churches will again take place on Good Friday 3rd April. It begins at St Aelred’s for Stations of the Cross at 10.45 and then the walk begins at 11am, goes onto Heworth Methodist and Heworth Holy Trinity before walking down Tang Hall Lane to St Hilda’s for 12 where there will be refreshments and Hot Cross buns. This will be followed by a short devotional service at about 12.30pm. You can join the walk at any point or come along for refreshments and the service even if you are unable to do the walk.
