Thank you to our wonderful volunteer Abby, who gave a brilliant talk about her research into the lesser-known 19th and 20th century histories of the area around All Saints North Street. This was a very last minute change of plan thanks to the weather and noisy construction work outdoors, so we are very grateful that Abby was able to adapt so quickly! The rain may have stopped the walking element of today's event, but it certainly didn't diminish our enjoyment of it.
Thank you to everyone who came along and shared your stories, memories and questions. We are sorry that we couldn't offer the walking element of the tour but we hope you enjoy completing it on a sunnier day!
