This Sunday we have our benefice family service at St Mary's Church in Warthill at 10.30am. We will be celebrating Harvest. Tim has asked if you have a mobile phone to bring it along to the service. We'll join together with tea and cake afterwards.

Breakfast with the Archbishop of York!
On Saturday 5th September at 8am we are having breakfast with the Archbishop of York in the Tower Room at St Nicholas. If you would like to join, tickets are £10 and available from Jim - 07717221114 or you can sign up in the Tower Room.

We'd love lots of children and families to join us tomorrow morning (Thursday) for our Discover session 🤗

This Thursday morning St Nicholas Church Dunnington is holding a family friendly Discover session full of games and craft from 10am-12pm. The theme is building on from their Bible Heroes holiday club so you can Build an Ark like Noah, use a shepherd's sling like David, design a temple like Soloman, catch fish like the Disciples and make a tent like Priscilla. Children of all ages are welcome accompanied by an adult. No need to book and free to attend.

We had a great celebration service at our Contemporary Service this morning for the 60 years of ministry of The Rev John Trevenna. We shared in some yummy cakes too 😋

This Sunday, 16th August, is the 3rd Sunday of the month which means it is our contemporary communion service at St Nicholas Church, Dunnington. Refreshments will be served 9.45- 10.25am and there will be activities for school aged children in the Tower Room during some of the service. All welcome 🤗

We have had an amazing week at our Holiday Club learning about the heros of the Bible and recieved great feedback from the kids. We'd love to join together on Sunday in Warthill with our wider church family to celebrate all we have done this week at Holiday Club. Our Family Service takes place at St Mary's in Warthill at 10.30am. Feel free to dress as a superhero and bring your superhero crafts!
