Prep Chef Maggie D - Maggie is always there early — preparing ingredients, clearing the worktops and quietly keeping the kitchen running. Faithful and observant, she’s often the first to notice when something new is happening.
And sometimes the people who keep showing up witness the most amazing moments.

Two more brilliant chefs.
Bread Chef Andi Dough - Flour on the apron, hands ready to knead. Her motto: “If we break it and share it, there’s always enough.”
Oil and Herbs Chef Simone Olive - Bold flavours and big gestures. A splash of oil, a handful of herbs and a confident: “I’d never burn the sauce, Chef.”

Two more chefs join the kitchen. Every kitchen has someone making sure everything is perfect — and someone who helps us slow down and notice what matters.
Sauce Chef Mar Thyme - If something needs stirring or seasoning, she’s already doing it — probably twice.
Pastry Chef Mary Berry-Anne - quiet and thoughtful, Mary notices what others miss and often understands what the Master Chef is doing first.

Every great kitchen needs someone calm when the heat is on — and someone enthusiastic enough to try anything.
Head Chef Manny Well - The steady leader of the kitchen. Manny never panics and always trusts the Master Chef’s plan and Sous Chef Pete R - Loyal and enthusiastic. Pete often says, “I’ve got this, Chef!” …sometimes followed by “…oh.” He may drop ingredients, but he never gives up — and that’s why he’s part of the team.

The kitchen is getting ready. Aprons are being tied. Recipes are being tested. Ingredients are being gathered. Soon we’ll be introducing the chef team leading Mini Chef to Master Chef Holiday Club this Holy Week. Each chef has their own speciality — bread, pastry, sauces and bold flavours — and each helps us discover part of the Easter story.
Who will be Head Chef? Who keeps burning the sauce? And who asks the most questions in the kitchen?

Something exciting is cooking this Easter! This Holy Week we’re opening the kitchen for Mini Chef to Master Chef Holiday Club, where children can mix, measure, create and taste their way through the Easter story.
