🔥🔥🔥 A congregation of almost fifty people gathered in the bank holiday heat to celebrate Evensong on the Feast of Pentecost! Well done to members of our church choir and many thanks to visiting singers and organists for your amazing contribution!

We will celebrate Saint Helen’s Day at Saint Helen’s Parish Church tomorrow evening with a special Patronal Festival Mass at 7pm followed by refreshments!

At today’s Sunday Mass, we said farewell to Oliver who has been on placement with us at St. Hilda’s. Father Edward presented him with a pyx, which deacons and priests use for taking the Blessed Sacrament to the sick.
We continue to hold Oliver and his family in our prayers as he prepares for his diaconal ordination.
