Correction: We DO NEED a bigger boat! As our C3 Arise community continues to grow we are currently in need of a bigger venue to meet on Sunday mornings; a venue that will hold more people in the main service plus also bigger breakout spaces for kids, youth, and a crèche. We fully know and believe that God has an amazing miracle in store ready for us, but we also want to press through in prayer for the miracle to happen. So tonight we have our Prayer meeting at St Cuthberts Church, Peasholme Green, where we will be praying for breakthrough and miracles for our lives personally and collectively as a church community. Doors open 7:30pm, prayer meeting 7:45pm-8:45pm. Come join us if you can 🙌🏻👍🏻😊

As the Apostle Paul set his heart on returning to Jerusalem, he knew that hardships and suffering awaited him. Yet, despite knowing what lay ahead, Paul remained steadfast. He knew his purpose. His focus was not on comfort, ease, or avoiding difficulty, but on faithfully completing the task Jesus had entrusted to him and living a life that brought glory to God.

In a world searching for meaning and purpose, Acts 20:24 reminds us where our true purpose is found: to run the race God has set before us and to complete the task Jesus has entrusted to us.

Our purpose is not simply to live a good life, but to live a faithful life—to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, remain faithful through every hardship, and finish the race in a way that brings glory to our Heavenly Father.

Join us this coming Sunday for our series part 2…

Just a quick reminder that there’s no Sunday service this weekend due to bank holiday venue booking; Gav & Janine away on holiday, and a number of our team and young adults away at the Big Church Festival. Services back to usual on Sunday 6th September

Although it’s holiday season we still have services every Sunday throughout August EXCEPT for Sunday 30th Aug (Bank Holiday Weekend). Come join us any Sunday, you are always welcome 🙌🏻😊
