At todays Messy Church’s summer party we said good bye to Charlie, the Yate and Fromeside Youth Missioner. Charlie has been leading messy church in Yate for many years, but she is off to start her training for Ordination. She received some gifts and a card from the Messy Church Family. We also welcomed Alison and Paul, previous Messy Church leaders, who came and paid us a visit.
Charlie Says “Just want to say a big thank you to you all for my lovely card and gift as I head off from my final Messy Church to start training for Ordination.
My present was a black preaching scarf which is what I’ll need for college and beyond- it’s great that I will be taking a bit of Messy Church with me! thank you.
