After that, why not join Mindfulness project wrexham for a sunny walk around our lovely neighbourhood and meeting at the bowling hut. Walk off some stress and get some sun on our faces?

It was so lovely to see the church busy today. We had new faces and some lovely little helpers too. A 'mum centred' service was followed by teas and Fran's famous bara brith, and then every lady was given a beautiful floral gift hand made by Ruth.
