Come celebrate 150 years of Wrexham cemetery and be part of an amazing community event where you will get the chance to explore the cemetery and look around stalls from local artists and information groups, and partake in tours!

No booking needed.

The 1876 Wrexham Year of Wonder Project team - a city-wide initiative that brings together events and organisations across Wrexham City and surrounding areas under a unified brand are on the lookout for a creative, motivated freelance digital content creator.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to produce engaging and inspiring content across our digital channels.

💻 What you’ll be responsible for:

🔸Create engaging content across our digital channels

🔸Develop and deliver content strategies that boost our online presence

🔸Share our story in fresh and exciting ways

Jayne our chair has been busy at Basingwerk Abbey in Holywell doing a dig.
There have been many finds with the possibility of the discovery of a Round House.
There is to be an open day on Saturday, 20th July starting at 1pm. All are welcome.
