The Basement is open again today and tomorrow (Tuesday and Wednesday) 10am-12pm at The Golden Ball for the school uniform bank and Arise children's clothing. As always, everything is free for you to take what you need.

We loved seeing so many people at The School Uniform Giveaway on Saturday and a huge thank you to all the volunteers that came along and made the event possible. We still have lots of uniform left so if you've found your kids have had a growth spurt over Easter, pop along, donate your old uniform if it still has lots of wear left in it and pick up some new. 😊

Tomorrow (Saturday 11th April 1pm–3pm), families can visit The Golden Ball (3 Victoria Square) for our FREE School Uniform Giveaway. We have some brand new summer items, including gingham dresses and shorts, plus preloved uniform with school logos available. Uniform Donations Needed!

Tomorrow (Friday 10th April) is our School Uniform Donation Drop Off day at The Golden Ball, 9am–5pm. If you have any good quality school uniform you no longer need, this is a great chance to pass it on and help support local families ahead of Saturday’s giveaway.

On Saturday (1pm–3pm), families can visit The Golden Ball (3 Victoria Square) for our FREE School Uniform Giveaway. We already have some brand new summer items, including gingham dresses and shorts, plus preloved uniform with school logos available.

This Saturday - The School Uniform Giveaway!

On Saturday (1pm-3pm) at The Golden Ball (3 Victoria Square) we are holding a School Uniform Giveaway. We have been donated some brand new Summer uniform pieces including gingham dresses and shorts as well as preloved school uniform with logos that will be out for you to take away what you need for FREE.

The Basement, at The Golden Ball, is open today and tomorrow (Tuesday and Wednesday) as usual 10am-12pm and donations can be dropped off at these times. Donations for the giveaway can also be dropped off between 9am and 5pm on Friday 10th April when we will be setting up for Saturday.

Are you free to help this Saturday?

We will be joining the community Spring clean on Saturday 28th March (10.30am) which will also coincide with Keep Britain Tidy’s event - The Great British Spring Clean, which celebrates it’s 10-year anniversary this year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for us to give to our community practically, helping to create a clean, green and welcoming environment that everyone can enjoy, but also with the expectation that as we give of ourselves joyfully, God will impart something of Himself into the lives of the people in the community as well.

School Uniform Giveaway

On Saturday 11th April 2026 (1pm-3pm) we will be having a Big Giveaway Event specifically for School Uniform. We have school uniform with logos on for local primary schools and a number of brand new donations of Summer uniform including shorts and gingham dresses. We also have some secondary school uniform but we are always in desperate need of secondary school blazers and ties and so if you have any you could donate we would be greatly appreciative.

Any School uniform donations you have would be greatly welcomed and can be dropped off on Friday 10th April 9am-5pm (when we will be setting up for the Giveaway) or any Tuesday or Wednesday morning 10am-12pm when The Basement is open.

Thank you for your help in helping us support our local community.
