Funding from the National Grid Community Matters Fund has enabled us to open St Helen’s as a warm space for those who might need some practical help keeping warm this winter.
This Friday (8th March) Act on Energy will be joining us to offer advice to anyone looking to make savings, carry out improvements or even build a new home. Do pop along and take advantage of the free advice and signposting to available grants!

We are thrilled to have been awarded National Grid Community Matters Funding which will allow us to help those experiencing fuel poverty in our community this winter.

From 15th December until 29th March St Helen’s will be open on Fridays from 10am until 2pm as a warm space for those who might need some practical support in keeping warm during the colder months.

Handrails now in place! Last week Geoffrey of Steel-Saints joined us on site to fix these beautiful works of art in place.
Bespoke made in their Hereford workshop, these handrails and upstands were brought into the church and finished in situ.
Steel Saints are a business based on the core principle that it is better to give than to receive and give away 50% of their profits to charities both oversees and locally. This generosity makes us love our handrails even more.
