We were so grateful for the amazing Mum’s who come to our Little Hands Toddler Group who contributed to this article. It’s so important that there is greater support for women both during and after their pregnancy. We hope that in our small way through Little Hands, that Mum’s can have a safe space to share, and recognise that they’re not the only one, and they are not alone.

One in four women in Suffolk may have a mental health issue before, during or after birth, report says.

As we begin another academic year, it was really special to be able to join together and pray as a church family. To try and discern what God is saying to us, as we head into a new season.

WE ❤️ BAPTISMS!!!!

A really powerful morning at Quay, as Pearl declared her faith in Jesus in the water of baptism. It was wonderful to hear Pearl’s story and to then be really challenged in our series on Sign’s as Tolu opened God’s word to us.
