🌟 Adventurers — we’re back in the full swing of things! 🌟

It’s so lovely to be back together again, diving into all the fun, creativity, and laughter that Adventurers brings.

We’ve got a fresh new board for 2026, all ready to be filled with our amazing crafts, creations, and memories. We honestly can’t wait to see how it will turn out as the weeks go on and it slowly fills up with everyone’s hard work and imagination 🎨✂️

✨ We are open to new members! ✨
Adventurers runs every Wednesday during term time, 4:00–5:30pm. £1.50 per session but the first session is FREE 😍

So incredibly proud doesn’t even begin to cover it 💛

Today, all of our Adventurers volunteers were bursting with pride as the kids absolutely smashed their performances. We had performers involved from the very youngest Adventurers right through to our not-so-little ones (you know who you are 😄), and every single one of them spoke clearly, confidently, and with so much passion.

Standing bravely in front of the whole congregation, they performed beautifully and should be so proud of themselves 👏✨

Please join us in giving them a huge round of applause!

This is truly our favourite time of year, getting to do this with such amazing children… moments like today remind us exactly why we love what we do ❤️

The children have now completed their final practice for our Nativity, and they’ve done an amazing job!

This year, we’re really looking forward to sharing the nativity story through The Grumpy Owl and the Joy of Christmas. The children have worked incredibly hard, and so have our wonderful volunteers, who have helped bring this story to life. We are so proud of everyone involved and can’t wait to show it to you all this Sunday. 🌟

Please note that Adventurers is now finished for the year and will return in the New Year on Wednesday 7th January 2026.

✨ Adventurers Nativity Performance – We’re Getting Ready! ✨

Our Adventurers have been busy getting prepared for our Nativity performance on Sunday 21st December at 10:30am, and we couldn’t be more excited! 🎄⭐

From the tiniest shepherds to our brightest angels, every one of our Adventurers children is involved ..and even our wonderful workers are joining in too! The rehearsals have been full of laughter, singing, and those sweet little moments that remind us exactly why we love this season.

It’s shaping up to be a truly lovely morning, full of joy, community, and Christmas spirit. We can’t wait to gather together and celebrate with you all.

✨ Adventurers Update! ✨

We had such a great day on Wednesday with our Adventurers! 🌟

The children learned a new story and amazed us with how much they remembered from the Light Party, it’s wonderful to see them soaking up so much!

As it was Bonfire Night, we got creative and made our own edible sparklers using breadsticks, chocolate, and sprinkles (a definite favourite! 🍫✨). We also made beautiful stars, and on the back, the children wrote who the star of their life is. 💛

It was so heartwarming to see their answers.. many chose their mums, dads, families, friends, and teachers… and some even picked the Adventurers play group team! 🥰

We’re so proud of how thoughtful and creative our Adventurers are. What a wonderful session! 🌟

🌟✨ You’re Invited to Our Light Party! ✨🌟

Instead of focusing on darkness this Halloween, let’s come together to celebrate the Light of the World … Jesus! 💡❤️

Join us for an evening of fun, faith, and family on Thursday 31st October from 4–6pm. There’ll be games, music, crafts, treats, and plenty of joy as we shine God’s light in our community.

Come dressed in bright colours or costumes (no scary costumes please!) and bring your friends for a wonderful time of laughter and light.

Let’s make this a night to remember, where God’s love shines brightest! ✨

Even our younger participants are getting stuck in and learning all our dances and moves, it’s so lovely to see how much they enjoy this part of our sessions! 💃🕺
