Come to church this afternoon at 4 pm for Hymns and Pimm's, an opportunity to praise the Lord by singing your favourite hymns whilst enjoying a glass of Pimm’s (or non alcoholic alternative). The service will start at 4 pm prompt and last a maximum of 90 minutes. All ages, 0 - 100+, are welcome. There is no charge but donations to the church and to cover costs are welcome.

The service in church on Sunday morning at 10 am is a creative communion service set to traditional British folk tunes.
All are welcome to come and join in. Bring your instruments (tune sheets available). Share a song, poem, or tune on the theme of Holy Ground, or Burning Bush.
All musicians are welcome to attend 30 minutes before start to practice.
Coffee, tea and biscuits will be available after the service.

Lots of people are already involved in knitting or crocheting poppies for the planned Poppy Display at St Chad's Church in November.

As a thank you and get together for participants there will be a coffee/cake morning on Saturday 8th August from 10 am to midday in church. Please let Tracey know if you are planning to attend.

St Chad’s Church, Pattingham requires an administrator to support the Church and the Parochial Church Council in their mission.

We are looking for someone; with good communication skills; who is proficient in using computer office applications, Social Media, Google calendar and can interact well in person and on the phone.

Part time: 10 hours per week (Competitive rate of pay)

Closing date for applications: 24.07. 2026
