As part of their Action for the Community and Action for Nature learning, the 6th Woking Rangers group, who meet in our church hall, assembled a number of hedgehog houses and kindly gifted one to us for our church garden. It is now in place and awaiting its first residents! 🦔 Girlguiding Surrey West County

Foodbank collection on Sunday 6th September.

You may have heard that Woking Foodbank has been running very short of some items and this month's requested list reflects the shortages in the central warehouse and in all the local satellite centres. Donating any of these items will help navigate this period of shortages and bless those who need emergency food ahead of Harvest collections in October when community groups/schools, colleges and churches/businesses often give so generously.

Please bring your donations to the collection point next to the sound desk in church by 12.15pm on Sunday 6th September or items can be dropped off in the back entrance porch of the car park. Thank you. Your support and donations are very much appreciated.

Requested items:
Long life fruit juice
Children's chocolate bars (Freddo bars, Twix, Wispa, Kit Kat etc)
Baby food
Tinned Custard
Fruit Squash
Small cartons/boxes of laundry detergent (bio & non-bio)

Small jars of coffee

Mayonnaise
Deodorant (M&F)

We pray for those in our community who are receiving A-level results today, and those who will be receiving their GCSE results in a week's time. May you have the confidence in God's plan for each and every one of you.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. - Jeremiah 29:11

If there's any way we can support and celebrate you, please do get in touch.
