It was great to join with St. Peter's Parish to stage our 5th annual South Woking Community Fun Day last Saturday.

We're excited to be bringing the community together tomorrow for a joyful afternoon and the weather is looking good. Come and be part of it and enjoy time together - there are loads of fun activities or you can simply sit in the sunshine with a cup of tea and slice of cake and enjoy the live music and dance.

We were due to have Pat Frame speaking at our Sunday evening prayer this week.
Unfortunately, she is unwell and not able to travel down from Scotland for this weekend.
We will pick up praying for Pat, her ministry and the Jewish communities on Sunday evening.

Come and join us for our Community Fun Day on Saturday 9th May at St. Mark's Church. There will be loads of fun activities at affordable prices or you can simply soak up the atmosphere with a cup of tea and slice of cake. New this year, we have the Woking Ukrainian Choir and Summerscales Dance School.

Did you know that there are at least 60 projects being run by churches and Christian agencies in Woking that are bringing people together and combatting social isolation.

Activities include community lunches, drop ins, pop-up coffee, craft groups and much more.

I was so excited as I saw all the entries mount up on this list that I felt it was worth celebrating!
