Eid Announcement

InshaAllah Eid Al Adha will take place on Tuesday 20th July 2021.

There will be 3 eid prayers at the following times:
7AM
8AM
9AM

Brothers and Sisters are all welcome to attend the masjid for the prayer.

Masjid Update

Alhumdulillah with the easing of government restrictions from the 19th July, we are pleased to announce that sisters will be able to join us for the Eid prayer InshaAllah.

Sisters will also be able to attend all Jummah prayers after the 19th July 2021 InshaAllah.

Madarasah classes will resume at the masjid from the start of September. We therefore ask all parents to collect an application form and re-enrol your children into the Madarasah.

The first Salat at 7.15
The Second at 8.00
And the third at 9.00

EID-UL-FITR ANNOUNCEMENT

On the day of Eid there will be 3 Jamaats

1st Jamaat- 7:15am
2nd Jamaat - 8am
3rd Jamaat - 9am

The Masjid will open at 7am

First come First Served.

Once the Masjid is full the prayer will start. If brothers turn up late they will have to wait for the next salat InshaAllah.

NOTE: Due to the current restrictions there will be no facilities for sisters or children under the age of 12. Please make Wudu at home as there are no Wudu facilities at the masjid.

Please remember to bring the following:
Face Mask
Prayer Mat
Bag for shoes

Assalamu aleikom brothers and sisters, the moon was not sighted today and therefore the first day of Ramadan will be Tuesday 13th April InshaAllah. Tomorrow evening will be the first Taraweeh prayers and they will begin at 9.45 pm. From Tuesday onwards, Taraweeh will begin at 10.15 pm.

Dear respected brothers
I pray to Allah that you are safe and well

Alhamdulillah, for having the privilege to attend the masjid for Salah this year after it had been closed last year.

In order for the masjid to remain open and not violate any regulations,
everyone to abide by the following:guidelines

1. The masjid will open 15 minutes prior to each Salah and we ask that everyone leaves directly after the Salah and pray the nawafel at home.

2. Salat Al-Isha starts at exactly 10:15 and we will then shut the door - whoever is already inside the masjid will have to remain until the end of taraweeh unless there’s an emergency. Whoever arrives late will have turn back and pray at home. So, if anyone doesn’t think they can stay to the end of taraweeh should remain at home for isha.

3. At Maghreb, only dates and water will be offered and we ask that everyone takes their used water bottle home.

We ask all brothers to abide by these regulations to minimise the spread of coronavirus and hopefully stay open
