🙏🏻 Global week of prayer continues in St Andrew's this week, please do join us if you can for 30 mins of praying together at 8.30am and 7pm each evening from Monday-Friday that week if you like to pray with others.

If you are unable to join the prayer together times, then we have created a prayer space for all in the tower room that will be open from 8am-8pm.

There are resources to help you pray and a comfortable and an inviting space to use to pray in whatever way you choose. Please come and use it.

🔔 Hear the bells ring! 🔔 Today!!

Today the bells will be ringing out in an eight bell peal from 7.30pm until 9pm, performed by the Dunster branch ringers. 🎶

It’s especially exciting to see the new team of ringers from Wivey ready to remove the silencers and let the bells ring out after weeks of practice. 👏

Regular ringing practice will also begin on Wednesday 19th August, from 7pm until 8.30pm.

It’s been wonderful to welcome returning ringers alongside new recruits, with great support and instruction from the Dunster branch and a ringing master from Skilgate.

Please do listen out for the bells on Thursday and enjoy the wonderful sound of them ringing across the area! 🔔
They will continue to practice on silenced bells on Mondays from 12noon also.

☀️Come and say hello at the Wivey Show! ☀️

St Andrew's Church will be at the Wivey Show on Friday 15th August at The Recreation Ground.

We'll have a stall where you can meet some of our church family, find out what's happening at St Andrew's, and have a friendly chat. Everyone is welcome, whether you're a regular, new to the area, or just enjoying the show.

We'd love to see you, so if you're there, do come and say hello! 💚

There'll be crafts, music, coffee and something for all ages as we worship together in a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere

After the service, stay for our Church Family BBQ where you can enjoy good food, catch up with friends and meet new people

Join us at St Andrew's at 7:45pm for our monthly prayer meeting, which this month will be a prayer walk. 🚶‍♀️🙏

What is it? ... A prayer walk is the act of walking through our local community while praying, either aloud or silently, for the people, homes, schools and businesses we pass along the way. ❤️

We'll begin at the church before heading out together for around 45 minutes. Everyone is very welcome! 💙

☀️ cafe for all Summer Update ☀️ (baby group still meeting)

Our usual Café for All Baby Group is taking a break over the summer holidays and will be back at church on Thursday 3rd September from 10 until 12

But don't worry
We'd still love to see you over the summer! 💛

Weather permitting, we'll be meeting at the recreation ground on Thursdays from 10 until 12 instead. Bring a picnic blanket if you'd like, or simply come along with your baby and children. Siblings are very welcome too!

It's a relaxed chance to chat, play, and enjoy some fresh air together while we wait for Café for All to return.

We look forward to seeing you, whether at the park over the summer or back at church from 3rd September! 🌼
