Hello!! Several people from The Welcome Church will be undertaking various challenges in order to raise funds for Open Doors. We're raising vital funds to support Christian's in Africa targeted with violent persecution.

Emma W is running 16.2 miles,
Rob K, Poppy K, Kevin W and Skye G are kayaking on the Thames

There’s still time to sign up to join us for a chance to come and ask questions about faith and Christianity.

Starting on the 29th January Christianity Explored is a chance to come to a safe environment and ask those questions you’ve always wondered about and get to know more about Jesus and how He can change your life.

We had a lovely time singing carols this morning in town. We love singing about our Saviour and the reason for His coming.

You are invited to join us for more carols by candlelight this Sunday 22nd December at 6:30pm at The Welcome Church.

We’re praying for all young people receiving GCSE results tomorrow! Thinking especially for the young people of The Welcome Church.

We are super proud of you all and we pray you remember that your true worth is found in Jesus alone.

We’re praying for all students receiving results tomorrow. May they remember that only God gives them their worth.

We pray for the future of our young people and remind ourselves that their future is held and planned by you God - You have good things planned for them.

We thank you that You have been with them through the exams and now as they await their results. We praise You and remember that You love us regardless of everything else.

Be with the young people of our church and the town of Witney tomorrow, Lord. Amen.

We’re having a great time at Witney carnival! Thank you to everyone who came down to share the good news of Jesus with our community, especially Welcome’s Local outreach team. Many interesting conversations were had and Bibles handed out.
