Please bring your instruments if you play and would like to join in. Resources for artwork will be provided, should you want to do that. It will be a relaxing informal evening. This month Scott & Hilary Dalton, from Complete in Christ Ministries (completeinchrist.org) are coming to speak and minister to us.
They will be speaking on: Supernatural Living from Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you…”

The lovely Ed Wiles will be leading us in worship.

Quick reminder that we are meeting this Wednesday 21st January, instead of the 4th Wednesday as the Corn Exchange can't host us next week.
January's Meeting - Wednesday 21st January 2026
We are excited to have Ralph Green speak to us this month. The Lord has laid on his heart to speak to us: "What are you waiting for?"
Joy Green and The Jam Band, who are gifted in leading worship, will be leading us in worship this month.
Joy and Ralph run Greenhouse Ministries, bringing healing to so many people from the effects of sin and trauma in their lives. They are also prophetic and teach people how to listen to God. We have personally benefited greatly from their ministry.

WEST OXFORDSHIRE FILLING STATION MEETING 21st JANUARY 2026

Dear Family, and Friends,

We bless you all in the name of Jesus, that the Lord will bless you, with a deeper and closer relationship with Jesus that draws you to the Father, and the abundance of all the Father has for you in 2026.

God is faithful to all His promises.
"God is not a man that He would lie,
Nor a son of man that He would change His mind.
Has He said, and will he not do it?

January's Meeting - Wednesday 21st January 2026

February's Meeting - Wednesday 25th February 2026

In February, Scott and Hilary Dalton will be speaking to us.
"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works..." Eph. 2:10
Scott and Hilary have a passion to release people into their true identity and destiny in Christ. In 2001, The Lord launched them into a teaching and equipping ministry called Complete in Christ Ministries. They teach and minister locally and internationally, across denominations.
Their ministry is Christ-centered and they place a high value on both the Word and Holy Spirit. Through strong biblical teaching and Spirit-empowered ministry, they have seen many people transformed, equipped and empowered to live God’s plan for their life. Jesus said, “The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy, but I have come to give them life and life in abundance.” John 10:10.

We have personally benefited greatly from their ministry.

As always free refreshments are provided throughout the evening.

We're upstairs in the Corn Exchange, as usual. There is a lift and an accessible toilet on the ground floor.

All are welcome. If you can't stay the whole time, or you might need to arrive late, please do still come if you want to.

We hope to see you on WEDNESDAY 21st January at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start. We have to close the meeting at 9pm. We will return to meeting on the 4th Wednesday in February. The Corn Exchange wasn't available to us on the 4th Wednesday in January.

Free parking is available by what was Waits Deli (Langdale end of Waitrose car park).

We offer prayer ministry, should you like someone to stand with you in prayer.

The Revd Matt Beer

Married to Emily who is a Biological research scientist working in Oxford, I am the Vicar of Cogges church Witney which is a large charismatic evangelical church in the Oxford Diocese. I am also the Vicar of a deep rural church called South Leigh. I am passionate about seeing people come to faith in Christ and develop a deeper relationship with him. I'm also passionate about the local church being the core of the local community and the hub of mission for towns and villages.

I came to faith as a child at a local church, having been introduced to Jesus by a friend. The importance of individual evangelism is a key value I hold on to. I love to see people grow in their gifting and ability. I have been involved in the New Wine network and oversee prayer ministry across all events and gatherings. I love the outdoors with family and friends, and particularly walking our Sprocker Spaniel in beautiful countryside. I enjoy playing music, running, and spending time on and in water.

I trained for ordination at Ridley Hall Cambridge. I was ordained in the Oxford diocese in 2016 and served my curacy at St Mary’s church Bletchley before leading Telford Minster for five years, until my current post in Witney
