On Saturday 9th December, St Albans Church will be holding its annual Christmas Fair from 11 am to 2 pm. There will be lots of stalls, including Cakes, Pre-loved, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Knit & Natter crafts, Tombola, Raffle etc. Refreshments, including Bacon Butties (£3.50 while stocks last), Coffee, Tea, Mulled Wine, Biscuits, Juices, will be available. We will also be auctioning a very special brand new boxed set of Big Jig trains, valued at around £70 in total. There is a reserve price of £35 on the set and the highest bid received by 2 pm on 9th December wins!!!! Pictures below:

Many, many thanks to all those who came to support us yesterday and at the Summer Fair in June. The two events raised over £1000 to help with the ongoing restoration of the church. Special thanks to Sue and Stuart Voase, Heidemarie and Alex Munro and Jessica Margaret Nolan for their continued support, and to all those whose wonderful cakes played a huge part in raising the money.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to our Easter Tombola, cake and coffee morning. We raised £375 which will go to the restoration fund. Thanks to all who contributed cakes and prizes.
Sadly there was a dampener to the day, as the honesty box in the porch for the book sales was emptied at some time during Saturday, not by anyone from the church.

On Saturday December 10th, St. Alban's Church is holding its annual Christmas Fair. There will be stalls, bacon butties, hot chocolate, coffee, tea and mulled wine. Raffle, Tombola and lots of goodies to buy, come along between 11 am and 2 pm for a warm welcome.
