All Saints Church, Wing - a community in the community. Services for all ages at 11am each Sunday. An historic church at the heart of the community.

A warm welcome awaits everyone. Join in at 11am on Sundays, or pop in at other times to marvel at the Saxon architecture or find some peace with God.

Well we've certainly got some wintry weather today, but it’s warm in church and we’re ready to welcome you to our Christmas fayre. Come along today from 10.30-2pm for lots of local crafts and gifts, cakes and preserves, pre-loved books, toys and homewares, children's crafts, games, tombola and raffle. We have mulled wine to warm you up and our cafe is serving warm drinks and cake, plus soup and baked potatoes from 1200. Wing Singers will join us at 1130 to get us in the Christmas spirit.

Our raffle has all sorts of great prizes – delicious food hampers filled with treats, chocolates, champagne and some very generous donations from local businesses including Hair Style and Beauty, Cottesloe Physio, Liscombe Park, Café Zeera, Aylesbury Vale Golf Club, and CTT HGV driving (yes, you can have a go at driving a lorry and a bus!). Tickets will be on sale at our fayre, or you can email [email protected] up until Saturday 29th November when the draw will take place at Café Oasis.

We love arranging our Christmas fayre for the whole community to enjoy. We’re delighted that Wing Singers will join us 1130-1200 to get us in the festive spirit with some Christmas tunes. You can enjoy a cuppa and a cake while you listen, and from noon we’ll be serving delicious home-made soup and baked potatoes. Come and join us a week today, Saturday 22nd November from 1030-2pm

We're very lucky to have many talented local crafts people joining us at our Christmas fayre on Saturday 22nd November. We're welcoming back Sara Hawkins with honey harvested from her hives in Cublington and the orchards in Cheddington - pure 100% honey, just as nature intended and the perfect treat or gift. And also Love You Moore, who create handmade crafts and gifts from wood and fabric. They source reclaimed and sustainable materials where possible which results in small batches of one off gifts. Perfect to kick start your seasonal gift shopping 🎄

At our Christmas fayre on Saturday 22nd November there'll be lots for children to do. A free puzzle, games, Christmas crafts, even a Scalextric to go head-to-head with their parents and test their driving skills. Between 12-2pm you can climb the tower and ring the bell. So put it in your calendar and we look forward to welcoming you 🎄

Just a few weeks to go to our Christmas fayre on Saturday 22nd November. We'll have lots of talented crafts-people from Wing and surrounding villages who will have stalls bursting with gift ideas. We'll have stalls selling delicious cakes, biscuits and preserves. We'll also have preloved homewares, books, toys, games and puzzles. If you have any good quality items that you would like to donate, please drop us a message on this post or via facebook messenger.

I really enjoyed chatting to Rev Dom Wright, the Team Rector of Cottesloe Benefice.

We covered everything from cycling and history to family and interfaith relations.

Here we are at the top of the tower of St Mary the Virgin church in Mentmore. It’s a beautiful, historic building (with plenty of historic cobwebs on the stairs up!).

We also went to All Saints’ Church in Wing, and it was fascinating to hear about its Anglo Saxon history but also see it so well used and appreciated today.

Please join us in supporting our Reverend Dom Wright as he takes on the Ride+Stride challenge on Saturday 13th September.

Ride+Stride is an event during which supporters raise money for Buckinghamshire Historic Churches Trust (BHCT) and for their own church by cycling, riding or walking between any number of our beautiful churches and chapels. He's hoping to visit as many churches in Mursley Deanery as he can.

BHCT uses half of the money raised to fund vital repairs to roofs and fabric while the other half is returned to the participating churches to help with their own maintenance. The churches Dom is raising money for are Soulbury, Aston Abbotts, Cublington, Stewkley, Wing, Mentmore, Cheddington and Wingrave.
