The swifts are back at Wi******er Cathedral 🐦✨

After travelling thousands of miles from Africa, these incredible birds return each year to the same nesting spots high in the cathedral's roof. The swift boxes there give them a safe place to raise their young, something that’s becoming harder to find.
Their return is a beautiful sign that summer has arrived, and a reminder of just how important it is to protect the spaces they call home

Have you spotted the swifts at the Cathedral yet? 👀
