I’m sure we join with you all in just wanting to do something to support the displaced and hurting people of Ukraine. Sadly many mass donations end up being unused due to difficulties with sorting and transportation.

The best way to support the efforts at the borders is to make a financial donation to support the acquisition of what is needed, when it is needed locally.

The Salvation Army are working hard to respond on the ground to meet the needs of people in Ukraine itself as well as in Russia, Poland, Romania, Moldova and other European countries.

This week we took some time to reflect on a bible story where jewellery was melted down to form a golden calf. We also thought about spiritual amnesia. Our bible reading for today was Exodus 32:1-8, 15-24... even though the whole story is much more than these few verses. Are you fully aware of how big God is?
