St Paul's Children and Young People

Aaron and Megan have come up with a list of activities that the young people could do outside of Sunday mornings, so that everyone can get to know each other better.

We have taken a photo of the activities we can offer. We would be grateful if you would let us know what your favourite options are.

The thought is to hold an activity occasionally, and the preferred time seemed to be Saturday afternoons from 5 to 7pm.

Our young people at St Paul’s have had the opportunity to visit three different Christian places of worship. First we visited the chapel at the University of Wi******er, then St Peter’s Roman Catholic church and finally Hope church. This has allowed our the Destination and Transition groups to understand that God can be worshipped in a variety of different ways. Despite these differences, we have come to learn that at the heart of all worship is the love of God and how we, as Christians, can respond to God’s love.

St Paul's is hosting a JOSEPH musical workshop on the 3rd of February. It is open to all children and young people, year 1 and up.

Here is a little heads up for what's going on this December at St. Paul's:

SUNDAY 10th: Christingle Service @ 5pm
SUNDAY 17th: Friendly and informal family service w/sandwiches and cake @ 4pm
FRIDAY 22nd: Animal Nativity @ 10am (bring your own chairs!)
SUNDAY 24th: Nativity Service @ 3pm (Children can dress as Shepherds, Angels, Mary, etc)
MONDAY 25th: Family Communion @ 9:30pm
