Turn up the sound. Last night’s Wick Choral, Caithness Orchestra nd choir from Noss and Newton Primaries was an amazing performance. Just a wee snippet. Enjoy.

On Christmas Eve there will be a Family Service at 6.30 pm. All ages, from tinies up are most welcome. Celebrate the meaning of Christmas.

The final service at Wick St Fergus Church will be on 29th December at 11.30. Although the church is closing as a place of worship we can be optimistic it will continue to be used to benefit our community. Come along to this special service if you can.

With the Union of churches in Wick, Watten and Lybster happening soon, a social event is planned for Friday 25th October. It’s a chance for the uniting congregations to get to know each other.
This event will take the form of a light lunch between 12 noon and 2pm in the hall at Wick St Fergus Church.
Please join us if you can. And if you would like to help at the event please let us know.
It would be helpful (but not essential) to have numbers so if you plan to attend please respond to this post saying so. Bless you.

Our traditional Afternoon Tea on Saturday was a grand get together with loads of yummy treats and a film to entertain.
The amazing sum of £653.25 was raised. It will be divided equally between Wick Food Bank and Laurandy Centre, two very worthwhile local charities who support our community.
A big thank you to all who came and gave generously, and to all the bakers and helpers who have played a part in the success of this event.
