Message from Whitehead Community Centre

Our lovely regular postie called in today to advise there may be some disruption to service from 6th July for a fortnight.

They are trialling a system where 1st Class and Parcels will be delivered Monday to Saturday and 2nd class letters and parcels will only delivered twice a week. It may change following this trial but lets remember the posties don't make these decisions.

You see the tears I hide, hear the prayers I whisper, remind me I have the strength it takes to keep showing up.

You meet me right where I am every single day.

Cover what feels exposed, heal what feels broken, and remind my heart that I am never unseen.

Morning ❤️🙏🕊️

Sometimes we are so desperate for God - so INCREDIBLY desperate for Him.

We know He is the only answer - that He is the way, the truth, the life - that He is all and everything we need - but for whatever reason - we LITERALLY
(physically, mentally, spiritually or emotionally) are unable to get to Him ourself.

Just like the paralytic, we need friends to grab our mat and actually carry us to Jesus.

We need someone willing to tear off the roof
and place us in front of Jesus.

Who needs you to carry them to Jesus?

Morning ❤️🙏🕊️

Lord, because You live, I can face tomorrow, whatever it holds, whatever comes, whatever challenges or fears wait for me there, Your resurrection changes everything.

Remind me that Your life is my life, that because You live l live too, that resurrection power is available for whatever I'm facing, today, tomorrow, and beyond.

Give me courage that comes from knowing You're alive, hope that flows from Your resurrection, strength to face tomorrow because the living Christ faces it with me.

Let me walk into tomorrow boldly, because You live, I can face whatever comes, held by the One who defeated death itself.
