At Eagle-Lion Ministries, we believe the whole Bible is the Word of God and the only actual and true authority on earth, not just a church building or organization. We believe in God, the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit, and in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in other tongues. We believe in the Trinity (God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit). We believe Jesus saves a
nd baptizes with the Holy Spirit, that Jesus is alive and seated in Heaven today, that He still heals and performs miracles today, and that He is the soon coming King. OUR MISSION:
1. Our mission is to rescue, inspire, teach, equip and mentor people, and help them reach the point of self-discovery and restoration in Christ Jesus. We want nothing more than to see people everywhere make a radical turnaround or change in their lives, and truly begin to live a life of faith and sweatless victory in Christ Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit.
2. To help raise, empower and build a new generation of people in Christ Jesus, who can unleash their full potential and possibilities in God to influence, affect and change the lives of those around them, storm and shake their world for Jesus and the Kingdom of God.
3. To leverage and use technology, social media, and any available platform to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ or the good news.
4. To lead and help people who want to learn more about the Bible (the Word of God). Mentoring and equipping all who want to deepen their understanding of Scripture and the true Gospel through consistent and reliable anointed Bible preachings, teachings, resources and materials.
5. To make the living word of God from the pages of the Bible easily accessible, attractive, compelling and alive to all. To help everyone handle it, understand it and have the revelation of it, to apply it to their daily lives, situations and circumstances where they need it most.
6. To adore and worship intensely, through the one and only Holy Spirit, God the Father in all His glory, and to make His name famous among the nations of the earth. And then, by leaning and relying completely and entirely on the Holy Spirit, to lavishly and extravagantly lift and exalt the precious and powerful name and person of Jesus the Christ above any other name.
7. A church and fellowship gathering is not a building—it's the people. We meet every Sunday morning from 10 a.m. to 11.30 p.m., and then on Tuesday and Saturday evenings from 7.30 a.m. to 9 p.m. for Bible teachings, and some days we watch Epic Christian movies or inspiring messages. No matter who you are or where you have been, you are always welcome from all denominations or walks of life to join us at the Eagle-Lion Church and all Eagle-Lion Fellowships throughout Dorset for an exciting time of fellowship, relaxation and inspiration.
