Today, as we remember Jesus's death on the cross, you're welcome to join us at 10am at St Mary's for a quite hour of reflection, and at 1130, outside The Range, for a Refresh (churches together) outdoor service.

This service has taken place in St Mary's every year since 1667 (probably).

Every year, on the Friday before Easter Week, we host a special service for Sir Samuel Mico Charities.

Sir Samual Mico was baptised in the old St Mary's (on this site) in 1608. He went on to make a fortune in London as a merchant.

In his Will he left money, and the George Tavern, to the town. His gift still supports local people, particularly young people, in their education.

We are privileged to be part of Sir Samuel's legacy, supporting our local community.
