How's your Greek? This Sunday we'll be delving into the account of Peter and John when they healed the lame man outside the temple. The original Greek reveals some surprising truths! Matthew Dawkins will tell us more.

Join us in church at 10.30am for worship, prayer and ministry. The service also includes Communion. Everybody is welcome!

Pentecost - often regarded as the birth of the Christian Church. We celebrate this transformational event on Sunday as we consider the Holy Spirit as 'God's Agent of Change'. Join us at 10.30am as we hear visiting preacher (and former minister of this church) Revd Graeme Stockdale unpack the wonder of Pentecost for us.

There will be topical activities available for children of all ages and, after the service, tea and coffee (and soft drinks) will be available.

Prayer is the powerhouse of the church. Revival, renewal, regeneration - they all start with prayer. We have a mighty God who loves it when His children come together with one mind, to pray and praise.

Join us on Thursday at 7.30pm in the church as we praise Him, pray together and listen to God.

Sharing in prayer is not difficult, is not scary and does not require us to speak with churchy words. Come as you are, pray with your own words and see what our God will do!

'...the curtain of the temple was torn in two, from top to bottom'.

This week we explore what the curtain signified and how it's destruction affects us as Christians. Join us in church at 10.30am on Sunday as we sing, pray and discover what lies 'beyond the veil'.

This week we are taking a closer look at what is possibly one of the most often-quoted pieces of scripture; Psalm 23. We'll also discover how it links perfectly to Jesus - the Good Shepherd.

Join us in church at 10.30am for worship, lots of interaction and a warm welcome.

At 6pm we will be joined at CPBC by our friends from the other
Weston Baptist Churches for a time of worship and prayer. This is always a good, uplifting time of shared fellowship with our wider Baptist family.
