Encounter

Encounter Encounter is a monthly youth celebration in Southampton featuring lively worship, accessible teaching and a hunger to see God move by his Holy Spirit.

Encounter has grown out of local church youth-groups coming together to worship and seek God. Our vision is to serve the church in Southampton by providing high quality, non-denominational, youth friendly services. Join us on the fourth Sunday of each month at Thornhill Baptist Church from 7.30pm to 9pm.

Our next Encounter youth service is at the end of this week on Sunday 22nd March from 7.00 to 8.30pm at Thornhill Baptist church. We would love you to join us with your young people. There will be the usual mix of games, different types of worship and opportunities to encounter God, teaching (this month we are thinking about whether we can disagree as Christians without falling out) and time to pray for each other.
