22/08/2026

Hearts in the Stand are currently looking to book FREE adult CPR and defibrillator awareness sessions with local community groups, pubs, clubs, sports teams, churches, scout groups, workplaces and other organisations across Sandwell and the surrounding areas.

the sessions are:

- Completely FREE
- Suitable for adults with no previous experience
- Interactive and hands-on using training manikins
- Designed to build confidence, not just knowledge
- Typically 60–90 minutes, although we can tailor sessions to suit your groups needs/requirements.

They currently have evening and weekend availability, making it easier for community groups and volunteers to attend. Every minute counts during a cardiac arrest, and by learning these simple lifesaving skills, your members could one day save the life of a friend, family member, colleague or even a stranger. If your organisation would be interested in hosting a free session, we'd love to hear from you. Simply email and they'll arrange a date and time that works for your group.
