WEDNESDAY 9 SEPTEMBER 2026

Moment of Transformation Devotional (MoT) by Apostle Ojele Ademu

Focus:

Ministering to the Lord

Scripture:

Acts 13:2 (NKJV)

“As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.””

Reflection:

Not every prayer should begin with a need.

The believers at Antioch gathered and ministered to the Lord. Their attention was Godward before it became assignment-focused.

There is a place in prayer for adoration—loving God for who He is, celebrating His greatness and giving Him the affection of our hearts.

Worship shifts our attention from the size of our circumstances to the greatness of our God.

And as the believers ministered to the Lord, the Holy Spirit spoke.

There are directions that become clearer when our hearts become quieter before God.

Today, resist the temptation to rush immediately into requests. Give God your attention before giving Him your list.

Prayer:

Father, receive my worship today. Let my heart become increasingly captivated by who You are and sensitive to what Your Spirit is saying.

Declarations:

My heart delights in the Lord.

I minister to God with worship and thanksgiving.

My spirit is attentive to His voice.

Apostolic Insight:

Sometimes the direction we seek becomes clearer when our attention moves from what we need to the God we worship.

TUESDAY 8 SEPTEMBER 2026

Moment of Transformation Devotional (MoT) by Apostle Ojele Ademu

Focus:

Praying With All Prayer

Scripture:

Ephesians 6:18 (NKJV)

“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit…”

Reflection:

Prayer has many expressions.

There are moments to worship, moments to ask, moments to intercede, moments to give thanks, moments to surrender, and moments to stand in spiritual resistance.

Paul calls this “all prayer.”

Spiritual maturity includes developing a broad prayer vocabulary. If all we know is how to ask, our prayer life becomes centred on needs. If all we know is warfare, we may miss the beauty of communion. If all we do is speak, we may never learn attentiveness before God.

The Holy Spirit desires to enlarge our experience of prayer.

Do not merely seek to pray longer. Learn to pray more broadly as well.

Prayer:

Father, enlarge my prayer life. Teach me to engage You in the different expressions of prayer and to follow the leading of Your Spirit.

Declarations:

I am growing in all prayer.

My prayer life is becoming richer and deeper.

The Holy Spirit helps me to pray.

Apostolic Insight:

Maturity in prayer is not measured only by duration, but also by the breadth of our engagement with God.

SUNDAY 6 SEPTEMBER 2026

Moment of Transformation Devotional (MoT) by Apostle Ojele Ademu

Focus:

When Promise Becomes Prayer

Scripture:

Ezekiel 36:37 (NKJV)

“I will also let the house of Israel inquire of Me to do this for them…”

Reflection:

God can announce what He intends to do and still invite His people to pray concerning it.

Elijah carried the promise of rain into prayer. Daniel discovered God’s prophetic timetable and responded with prayer. The disciples received Christ’s promise of the Spirit and gathered prayerfully in expectation.

Promise does not always eliminate prayer. Sometimes promise gives prayer its content.

When God gives you His Word, do more than admire it.

Believe it. Pray it. Stand upon it.

Prayer is not persuading God to become faithful. It is responding in faith to the God who already is.

Prayer:

Father, teach me to turn Your Word into prayer and Your promises into faith-filled expectation.

Declarations:

God’s Word shapes my prayers.

God’s promises strengthen my expectation.

I participate with God through believing prayer.

Apostolic Insight:

Promise is not always an invitation to stop praying; sometimes it is God’s invitation to begin praying with understanding.

SATURDAY 5 SEPTEMBER 2026

Moment of Transformation Devotional (MoT) by Apostle Ojele Ademu

Focus: Your Kingdom Come

Scripture: Matthew 6:10 (NKJV)

“Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”

Reflection:

Prayer begins personally, but mature prayer does not remain self-centred.

Jesus moves us from “Our Father” to “Your Kingdom come.”

As we grow in prayer, God’s concerns increasingly become our concerns. Our hearts begin to carry people, families, communities, cities and Kingdom purposes beyond our immediate needs.

Prayer is one of God’s ordained means through which His people participate with His purposes on earth.

Ask God to enlarge your prayer world.

There is more to carry than yourself.

Prayer: Father, enlarge my heart beyond my personal needs. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in me and through me.

Declarations:

My heart carries God’s purposes.

I am available for Kingdom responsibility.

God’s will finds expression through my life.

Apostolic Insight:

Maturity in prayer is revealed when God’s concerns increasingly become our concerns.

Come as we learn and practise prayer together, growing in our communion with God and experiencing the power of prayer in our lives.

It would be a joy to have you with us.

Blessings always.

FRIDAY 4 SEPTEMBER 2026

Moment of Transformation Devotional (MoT) by Apostle Ojele Ademu

Focus:

Beyond Asking

Scripture:

Acts 13:2 (NKJV)

“As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said…”

Reflection:

Prayer becomes richer when God’s presence is more than the place where we bring our needs.

At Antioch, the believers ministered to the Lord. Their attention was upon Him. In that atmosphere, the Holy Spirit spoke.

There are moments to ask, but there are also moments simply to worship, adore, give thanks and enjoy God’s presence.

Prayer is not only where God hears us. It is also where our hearts become attentive to Him.

Sometimes come before God without beginning with your list.

Minister to Him.

Prayer:

Lord, teach me to enjoy Your presence beyond my requests. Make my heart increasingly attentive to You.

Declarations:

I delight in God’s presence.

My prayer life is deeper than my needs.

My heart is attentive to the Holy Spirit.

Apostolic Insight:

When prayer becomes more than asking, communion becomes an environment for direction.

THURSDAY 3 SEPTEMBER 2026

Moment of Transformation Devotional (MoT) by Apostle Ojele Ademu

Focus:

The Secret Place

Scripture:

Matthew 6:6 (NKJV)

“But you, when you pray, go into your room… and pray to your Father who is in the secret place.”

Reflection:

There is a dimension of your relationship with God that cannot be delegated.

People can pray for you. They can pray with you. You can belong to a powerful praying community. But nobody can maintain your personal communion with God for you.

Jesus points every believer towards the secret place.

The secret place is where distractions are deliberately reduced and attention is turned towards God. It is where relationship develops depth.

You do not have to begin with many hours. Begin with a sustainable rhythm and keep meeting God there.

Consistency eventually produces depth.

Prayer:

Father, establish the secret place in my life. Give me grace to overcome distraction and grow in consistent communion with You.

Declarations:

My secret place is being strengthened.

I delight in meeting with God.

My communion with God grows deeper.

Apostolic Insight:

People may pray for you, but nobody can build your secret place for you.

TUESDAY 1 SEPTEMBER 2026

Moment of Transformation Devotional (MoT) by Apostle Ojele Ademu

Focus:

Lord, Teach Me to Pray

Scripture:

Luke 11:1 (NKJV)

“Lord, teach us to pray…”

Reflection:

The disciples had heard prayers before, but something about the prayer life of Jesus awakened a deeper hunger in them. They realised that prayer could be learned, cultivated and deepened.

Prayer is more than presenting needs to God. It is communion with Him and participation with His purposes. We can grow in understanding, sensitivity, consistency and confidence in prayer.

The beginning of growth in prayer is therefore not expertise but hunger.

When we sincerely say, “Lord, teach me to pray,” we open ourselves to a deeper life with God.

Prayer:

Father, teach me to pray. Awaken fresh hunger for Your presence and lead me into deeper communion with You.

Declarations:

I am growing in prayer.

My heart is hungry for God’s presence.

I am becoming more sensitive to the Holy Spirit.

Apostolic Insight:

The School of Prayer begins when hunger becomes greater than familiarity.

MONDAY 31 AUGUST 2026

Moment of Transformation Devotional (MoT) by Apostle Ojele Ademu

Focus:

Shining Through His Will

Scripture:

Daniel 12:3 (NKJV)

“Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.”

Reflection:

God’s will is not only the pathway to personal fulfilment; it is the pathway to eternal impact.

Those who walk wisely in His will become lights in their generation. Their lives illuminate the way for others, and through their obedience, many are drawn towards righteousness.

As we conclude this month’s journey through The Way of His Will, we are reminded that divine alignment is never merely about where God is taking us. It is also about the people our obedience will influence along the way.

A life surrendered to God’s will carries a light that outlives moments and seasons. When we follow His counsel, embrace His assignments and faithfully represent Christ, our lives become signposts pointing others towards Him.

May we not simply discover His will; may we shine through it.

Prayer:

Father, keep me aligned with Your will, and let my life shine brightly enough to lead many into Your righteousness.

Declarations:

I walk wisely in the will of God.

I shine with the light of His purpose.

My obedience influences others towards righteousness.

My life will make an eternal impact.

Apostolic Insight:

The ultimate evidence of alignment with God’s will is a life that becomes light for others.

SUNDAY 30 AUGUST 2026

Moment of Transformation Devotional (MoT) by Apostle Ojele Ademu

Focus:

Walking in Divine Alignment

Scripture:

Micah 6:8 (NKJV)

“He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?”

Reflection:

As we conclude this month’s journey, we are reminded that God’s will is not merely about discovering the right destination—it is about walking faithfully with Him every day.

Throughout this month we have learned that God’s will begins with surrender, grows through discernment, is expressed in daily obedience, strengthened through perseverance and fulfilled in lives devoted to His purpose.

May these truths remain with us beyond this month. Let us continue to delight in His will, recognise His voice, obey His Word, remain in Christ and faithfully represent Him until He calls us home.

Prayer:

Father, establish me in Your will. May my life continually reflect Christ, fulfil Your purpose and bring glory to Your name.

Declarations:

I delight in God’s will.

I walk in divine alignment.

My life glorifies Christ.

I will finish faithfully by God’s grace.

Apostolic Insight:

The goal of God’s will is not merely that we know His will, but that our lives increasingly reflect His Son.
