We are very excited that a couple of scenes were shot outside Wentworth Church and inside the Old Church. And it was wonderful to welcome some of the team to our service on Sunday.

The biopic about the famous scientist will premiere in Yorkshire later this year.

A big day at Holy Trinity. Today we said thank you to the wonderful Stephen Clapham who is stepping down after 17 years of devoted service as church warden. Stephen and his wife Christine have made a huge contribution to the life of our church. Thankfully they will still be around and Stephen will continue to serve as chair of our Buildings Team. Janet Sinclair-Pinder was elected and welcomed as our new churchwarden. Many will know Janet through her role as our weddings coordinator. Lissa Higgins will continue as warden for the coming year. Thank you all for all that you do.
