St Mary's Church, Welwyn

St Mary's Church, Welwyn Family church We are an inclusive church with a ministry spanning all ages. We have a part-time youth worker and children are nurtured and cherished.

St Mary's is a vibrant church in the broad Anglo Catholic tradition situated in the middle of Welwyn village and part of a Team Ministry of six churches. We have a strong music tradition with a robed choir that sings an anthem each week (except August) and Welwyn Tune, our junior choir joins the adults at some services. Our main Eucharist service is at 9.30 am on Sunday as well as other Sunday and

midweek services. We also have many church groups from walking to books to theatre to singing and many others in between. You would be very welcome to join us! More details are available at our website www.welwyn.org.uk

Have you ever wondered about Confirmation? There will be a Confirmation service at St Mary's Welwyn on Sunday 26th July 6:30pm. We will be running groups for adults and young people to help explore this meaningful step, running from the beginning of June. Do get in contact if you would like to find out more.
