After the service at the cross in Howardsgate this morning, we were delighted to welcome people to our refreshments and hot cross buns, in our lovely main hall.
A massive thank you to everyone who gave up their time, to help make this happen.
We do this well!

Just a reminder, we are at Harpenden for the joint Palm Sunday service on the 29th this weekend.

Next week we have a full week with;
Monday 2pm Forget Me Not Club - memory loss support group.
Tuesday Community Cafe 10.30 am - our cafe drop in.
Thursday Thursday Club 2pm - our seniors social group.
And…
Thursday at. 7.30pm our Tenebrae service for Maundy Thursday.

Good Friday, we meet at the cross in Howardsgate at 11am, for the Good Friday service, led by Churches in WGC.

Then we all return to the church (United Reformed) for refreshments and hot cross buns. All are welcome. It’s a great chance to meet up with old friends, or make new ones. So please come and join us.

In the meantime, enjoy your weekend.

At our wonderful Forget Me Not Club, we had our Easter bonnet competition, pin the tail on the bunny, musical bell ringing, huge fun and laughter all round. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had some wonderful food.
Huge thanks to our brilliant team, who went above and beyond, to make our guests day a special one.

Just to let you know, we have Forget Me Not Club happening tomorrow, between 2 and 4 pm. This is a small support group for those have has memory issues.
In a change to the scheduled activity, Lee is running a bingo session for us.
