🌿 ACORNS PLAYGROUP IS BACK! 🌿

We’re back after our summer break and we’ve got a new poster AND new session times! 🎉

If you’re looking for a friendly, relaxed place to meet other parents, let the little ones play, and enjoy a cuppa, we’d love to welcome you to Acorns Playgroup! 💚

👶 For ages 0-5 years
📅 Every Wednesday during term time
⏰ 9:15-10:45am OR 11:15am-12:45pm
💚 FREE to attend!
📍 Welshpool Community Church

We’ll have lots of toys and activities for little ones to explore and make friends, plus snacks for the children.

And for the grown-ups? ☕️ A hot drink, biscuit and toast.

Whether you’ve been coming for ages or you’ve never been before, you’ll be very welcome. There’s no need to know anyone or worry about coming along for the first time - just turn up and join in! 🌿

The Bible’s message about Jesus Christ is good news for all kinds of people, and Christians all around the world gather together on Sundays to celebrate that good news. You’re warmly invited to come along tomorrow morning at 10:30am and learn more about the message of Christ during our Morning Worship Service, which will be held in the United Church building on New Street (the church with the blue door).
The refreshments provided after the service also provide an opportunity to chat and ask questions about the Christian faith.
Everyone is welcome.

You're warmly invited to join us tomorrow morning at 10:30am for our Morning Family Worship Service - suitable for all ages - held in the United Church building (next door to New Street Baptist Chapel). Pastor Tom Magness will be leading the service, which will include songs, prayers, Bible readings and teaching that is based on the Bible.

The service will be followed by refreshments and an opportunity to chat. Everyone is welcome.

The Saturday Brick Bonanza is being run by Welshpool Community Church on this Saturday, 22nd August, from 10.00am to 12.00pm.

Aimed at all the family, we'll be hearing the story of the Prodigal Son from the Bible (retold with the help of some Lego!)

There'll be lots of Lego to build with, so you can try out some building challenges to test your skills, or just create and have fun!

Refreshments will also be available.

Children MUST be accompanied by an adult (and adults must be accompanied by children, too!)

The event will be held in the United Church on New Street (the one with the blue door). Entrance is free.
